Freindly, professional, patient, highly competent and efficient service at check-in and check-out. Spacious waiting room with free coffee, TV, wifi and restrooms. I chose this place over Firestone, Midas and Goodyear. Costco I couldn't bear the wait, plus it's pretty impersonal.

I came in for my "free" green oil change , the only downer was I did not make an appointment.{my bad} so I came in at 7am and my car was done at 2:30pm. Last time I came in for my wheel hub assembly they told me might take all day so I rented a car and my car was finished in couple hours,which is awesome!, so this time I was banking on the same outcome but gambling sucks sometime...but the the staff is great and the work done is completed and I promised them " pork hash" last time so we all good . Mahalo!...Ill be back

I had a great experience at Lex Brodie's. I was new to the island and was referred to Lex Brodie's by a stranger to get my vehicle inspection done. The staff was very friendly and helpful and completed my inspection while I waited. It took a while but it became clear that they were busy for a reason. Afterward, I had to go get a front license plate and come back the next day to complete the inspection--when I returned they installed it for me for free and finished the inspection. I am so glad that stranger referred me to Lex Brodie's and I will definitely be back next time I need car service!

Jim and Mandy have become really good friends over the past few years. They both worked their hardest but....I came in about 10:30, the place was packed, I had an oil change and got a new battery as mine barely got me down to your shop. I am very, very happy with the new battery and the car seems to drive better. Maybe my imagination but I didn't drive home until about 4:30 !!! That was a long day at Lex Brodies where the waiting room is always freezing . I mostly waited outside the room because it was much warmer. I don't know why, maybe they had a hard time finding the battery. I have a VW GTI V6 and I love my car. I'll be back always but hope I will never be stuck there for much of an entire day.........Jan Farrant
