Overall very good service. I had run over an unseen curb right side of the car, damaging both fr and back tires. Rear was going flat, front still held air but I actually found some damage the service rep did not. Both were replaced in a timely fashion.

I needed a new safety inspection after my rear bumper had some damage repaired . Safety inspection lead at the Waipahu Alex Brodie told me to come on by and scheduled an end of day appointment since I was coming home from Honolulu. Upon arrival, they explained the new safety inspection requirements with tinting (they confirmed mine was fine) and that all decals had to be removed from my Acura's back window. They then removed them for me. Customer service was excellent in the Lex Brodie tradition.

Overall good service. Staff was very friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was considering getting rid of my car but problem was fixed for a reasonable price and it is running fine. My only complaint is it wasn't ready when I was told to pick it up, but I wasn't called and informed of the delay so I ended up in the waiting room for two hours. I would definitely go back though.

Okaay, I wanted to write a review bcuz i trusted majority of everyone's great reviews here in Lex Brody. I did a walk-in to do a maintenance check up. Eddie the guy who picked up the phone was great customer service. He seems to know wht he's doing. It took probably an hour wait for them to check my car. When ready i was called by these two cashier girls. I was told tht my car looked good and they don't seem to find any problems. BUT they we're lying. Bcuz I KNEW tht my oil has ran out needed a new oil change AND i asked them question why and whts indicate the lights on my dash board to appear. They seem surprise tht i knew more facts then they should know. I tested their abilities, the other two cashier girls, they we're no help and it didn't even seem like they knew wht they were doing. They had to ask Eddie to answer my questions. It was a waste of money. Bcuz I didnt trust them SO I went to Jiffty Lube (on Dillingham) tht exact same day to do my oil change. They inform me tht my AIR FILTERS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED UP and THAT MY TIRES NEEDED TO BE PUMPED. Jiffty Lube took the liberty to fix it for me. I was satisfied spending my money at Jiffty Lube then Lex Brody....

Thanks for your outstanding service as provided by Jim Baldauf and your staff in replacing the original 2009 Ford Focus battery that had failed after almost five years. The whole job was completed in just under an hour and I appreciate this service as well as the previous 30 years of fine, fair work on my automobiles. There is no substitute for a trustworthy business. Mahalo nui loa, Phil

It's always a pleasure, other than maybe for the bill lol in dealing with the people here. This time was a little different in that a couple of employees actually waved to me first when they saw me. I been a customer since I was old enough to drive (1974). You folks probably have my whole family in your database. My Battery would no longer hold a charge. Tow truck jump started and I drove directly to the shop. Cooper Masani helped me right away, all I had to do was give him my key. I've never worried about leaving my car at your shop. My car was ready by noon, and I felt a lot better about that whole morning.
