They changed my front brakes, resurfaced the rotors, tire rotation and balancing, changed the oil, and did my safety check! She was able to save me some money too and the truck feels good like I just bought it again! You can make an appointment online or call. Brought my car in for a quick safety inspection. Got a call later in the day saying that the front tires NEED to be changed. Not terrible, I probably should change them soon, why not do it now and save a trip? I give them the go ahead, they change the tires, safety inspection passes, I pick up the car. Easy. Its not until later I realize that my Tire Pressure Monitoring System is blinking at me. Tire pressure is fine, an internet search suggests that the sensors are disconnected or broken. More than likely on my brand new tires since this never happened before. I called Lex Brodie's about having them checked out, hoping it'd be cheap or at least discounted since they're the ones who installed them, obviously incorrectly. The representative told me it would be over $200 just to get it checked. Not only did they upsell me on tires (probably needed in the next 6 months anyways), but they broke other components on my car while doing it and refused to correct the issue without charging me an absurd amount just to "check" on the issue. Go anywhere else. Lex Brodie's has proven to be unreliable, incompetent and will charge you way too much. I got a flat changed at Goodyear by stadium for a fraction of the cost in about 30 minutes. Tire Pressure Monitoring System had no problems.

Excellent experience, as always. Appreciate the clear and frequent communication about costs and when car is ready for pickup. Friendly and efficient, as usual. A slight delay at check-in, but ok. Pearlridge location is far from my home, but appreciate better parking lot and waiting room than closer Kakaako. Thank YOU very, very much Lex Brodie

It was very prompt and courteous. However, the diagnosis of 2 tire pressure sensors was incorrect. Only one of the tire pressure sensors was not working.
