It was too late to make an appointment when a nice guy flagged me down to let me know my brake lights were out, so I just showed up before 7 a.m. the next day. As usual, service was excellent, and although you had had a couple of very busy days, your staff accommodated my problem efficiently. I even brought the online coupon and it was honored! I appreciate your service but your sales practices are unacceptable. if you would have told me before you INSTALLED the tires that my safety check was rejected, I would not have purchased the tires. that was a sales gimmick that is old.

I just went and got a 38 point inspection at Lex Brodie's on a used car we were looking to buy. Staff was amazing. I had my 3 and 2 year old with me and the ladies got them chips to eat, things to draw on, and were all around friendly! The inspection was very thorough and very helpful.

The staff here was very professional and most importantly, they treated me the way a customer should always be treated: with respect and recognition. They met me more than halfway and made me feel like my business was important to them.
