I've been coming to Lex Brodie's for thirty years and found out today that the level of service has declined. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and my wheels aligned and was told the service would take an hour. A half hour later when I returned from lunch, my car was still parked where I'd left it, so I went into the waiting room. After sitting there for another hour, I ventured out to see what was going on. It turns out that nothing was going on: my car was still parked in the sun, waiting its turn. I don't mean to sound grouchy as I'm generally a pretty happy guy, but this was annoying. I had to leave: I had stuff to do, errands to run and people coming over for dinner. And I'd just wasted 100 minutes for nothing. Pity, really.

Fast and friendly service. Bought tires ordered tires on Wed. 7/16/14 and said will be transferred to Kaneohe by end of day. Made appointment for 7/17/14 to be dropped off before 8 am. Dropped off vehicle around 8am and was finished by 10 am. Changed 4 tires and did wheel alignment. Happy with the tires. Excellent service.

The service people were all friendly and knowledgable. Just a couple of things could have made the experience better. I dropped the car off at 8:30am (without an appointment) and was told it would be ready around lunchtime. I got the call at 3pm to pick it up. Maybe they take late lunches. Also, when I picked it up there were numerous black smudges on the driver side door and front end on a white car. A commercial carwash didn't get them off - elbow grease finally did. Also, it in not clear to me why the advertised "Price Match" is not eligible for the road hazard coverage or 4 year unlimited mileage warranty. Lex Brodies sold the tires - it seems they should stand behind their product.

Every other shop I called was only taking appointments for a week or more out; many are small shops so they can't handle a lot of business. LB's told me I could drop my car off in the morning and they would diagnose it that day (fair enough). When I dropped it off I was immediately greeted by an employee ready to sign me in. I told him a brief description of what was wrong with my car and he immediately had some ideas of what the issue was (knowledgeable, great). Got a call later that afternoon saying they tightened a couple of bolts and the problem seemed to go away. I asked him how much the bill was, they said nothing because they didn't actually do much. I was shocked. Many places will find any reason to charge you something, not these guys. I picked up my car, problem was gone. Amazing. I will be taking my car there for all future maintenance as well as referring the business to others. Thanks LB's!

great customer service in and out. my tire was losing air so a patch was put in the inside of the tire. Last year I had the same problem and a patch was put in by Lex. I was hoping that their would be no charge but 21.00 was

This review should have been done several years ago but after passing by the location recently and discussing it with someone I felt that Mr. Brodie would have been very unhappy with the service we received. My husband brought in his truck for an ac recharge. We had a coupon for the special and told the person who assisted us that we know the ac is leaking but we wanted to take advantage of the good deal on the recharge coupon. When we went back to pick up the truck, the person assisting us said that we had a leak so he did not recharge it (did not do anything). We already mentioned that we knew that the ac had a leak when we brought it in and even told them about it. Anyway, we had to pay about $100.00 for doing nothing and the person helping us was very rude. It seems like he was in a rush to go home and watch the super bowl game at that time. After that, we never went back to Lex Brodie Pearlridge again. We ended up going to Firestone and they provided us with better service and prices.

My first experience with Lex Brodies was as bad as it gets. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Thankfully this company stands by their customer satisfaction guarantee. They addressed the problem at hand and went above and beyond to be sure the issue was remedied. They not only offered to fix their mistake but also offered extra complimentary services. I made an appointment one week ago today to have an oil change. I was expecting to run into issues with what they had promised me but that wasn't the case. Manager Michael Rizzo checked me in for my service, said he remembered me and notified me that they would call me when my car was ready. I was expecting to wait all day but I received a call within two hours that my vehicle was ready. As I waited to sign off on the service that had been done on my car, Michael approached me to let me know he remembered I had two bad tires on my last visit. He offered to replace them then but I declined because of time constraints. They replaced those tires today with my oil change at no charge. This is the most memorable outstanding customer service experience I have ever had. I was treated with sincerity and I cannot express how thankful I am that people still care about their company and their customers enough to make such a positive impact on another person. Thank you, Michael Rizzo and everyone at Lex Brodie's!

Very good service and staff so friendly and courteous. Lucky for me that you are open on Sunday. The first stop i had made had no air service and the second stop provided air and recommended your shop nearby. I thought I had to wait until Monday to have flat tire fixed. Thank you for your excellent service.
