I have taken my truck here for a brake job. The service advisors were great. Attentive and friendly. They were honest with me about the repairs that needed to be done. The quality if the work is good also. I will be back to them again.

Excellent service. I had planned on getting tires somewhere else but the size I needed wasn't in stock. Lex Brodie's had the tires that I needed, at a better price. Quick same day service for a set of tires and an alignment, in less time than I spent trying to find tires somewhere else. I'm sorry I wasted my time looking anywhere else than Lex Brodie's.

Sione was great - he assured me that they would fix the nail in my tire and evaluate the condition on the tires (possible may need new ones). His friendly manner and confidence that he would call if anything needed to be addressed regarding the condition of the tires. The job was completed and I'm very satisfied.

Make sure they put a new safety check sticker on your car when you get a safety check! I went here for a safety check on an apparently busy Monday morning without an appointment, only to come back for the next available appointment four days later. No issues with the safety check, but shortly after I got home, the receptionist called me and told me that they accidentally put my safety check sticker on the wrong vehicle and asked me to come back with so they could apply the correct sticker. This was an easily preventable mistake on their part and very annoying and inconvenient for me.

Love this location! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I come here I know I can count on them to steer me in the right direction on what needs to be done on my car. Most places you go for one thing and leave having done what seems like everything and anything, other places tell you this and this needs to get done then hands you a huge bill. Here they take the time to explain and show you what needs to be fixed ASAP and what are some of the smaller issues that if not fixed soon will get worse. It's nice to know that they genuinely care about their customers safety and aren't just trying to make a quick buck off of car illiterate people like me lol. 5 stars across the board! PLUS where the heck can you go nowadays where you don't even have to get out of your car to pump gas!!! I so dig it. Lex Brodies is keeping it ol' school and I love it!!! Will definitely be back! Warning to you ladies, if you scrub the sidewall and think its only minor, have someone check it out anyway. Lucky thing my wife told me cause there was a major gouge. I called at 4:45 Friday PM and was told that its covered, to come down now since they close at 6 pm. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes at a cost of $20+ ( the original discount off). If Slim's held a HE MAN competition for changing tire, bruddah would have won!

Staff was courteous and quick to complete service.
