I came to LB to purchase four new tires, oil/lube/filter, safety check & reset dash lights and clock for my 2008 BMW X3. All sales associates were polite & helpful. I purchased the higher priced Michelen tires because the mid range tires were not available until next day & I needed my car. I like the better tires, but were not my first choice. During check - in process the computer crashed and we had to shift computers & sales associate had to re-enter all my info. At pick up: The clock was not reset. The low coolant light came on as I left Lex Brodies, so I don't know if the work was done. My wait for car was over an hour. Several other customers were grumbling about long wait. We watched employees walk back and forth between comouters, but got no updates on our vehicles. Thanks for cleaning car, but wheels were dirty and paper floor mats left in my car were disgusting.
