Brah, dis guys da one to go. My car stay dropped to the earth. I shit you not, I went to 5 different places to get my tires aligned cuz my negative camber was making my tires bald, look like the mr clean guys head in the dish wash commercial. All the other shops couldn't get my car on the rack cuz I stay hellaflush. They went look at my tires and said could order new ones. Den was like, shooots braaah, I like! Den told me come back in tree dayz, I came back, went change my tires, did my alignment, gave me one free air freshna. Now can pick up da sweet wahines in my jdm, pinoy car wid da forrest smell airfreshna! Would come back again and tell all muh boys come here! Cheeeee

The service and price were exceptional. Vachelle was outstandingly professional. The only negative aspect was the attempt to upsell me on mechanical repairs which seriously detracted from an otherwise quite professional experience.

The place was quite easy to find and very big. Sales staff Jim helped me on my first visit. He was very nice and professional, my car got fixed within one day and price was a bit high on computer diagnoses ($145) but reasonable for oil change. Will definitely come back again for next oil change (less than $60).

I find the staff at Lex Brodies in Honolulu to be very proficient, professional and courteous. The work done on my car is always accurate and timely. Rachel happens to be my favorite worker there, as she always makes sure I am comfortable while waiting for my car. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Good service

Customer service was superb just like all the other reviews. More importantly, my car got fixed that my dealership couldn't do. I was having problems with my rear differential on my 2005 Cadillac CTS after it was being worked on at the dealership and they just couldn't get it right after leaving my car there for a week and a half. Drew fixed it for me in one day and I've been driving it for a week with no problems. Drew went on a test drive with me so he could see what I was experiencing and he was familiar with the problem. He researched my vehicle and found a Technical Service Bulletin on fixing the problem. Thanks so much and I'll be back for all my service needs in the future.
