Cars are stupid. So are curbs. I hit the stupid curb with my stupid car and am left with a stupid flat tire. UGHHHHH I was one unhappy motorist when I pulled up to Lex Brodie's, but fortunately the guy who greeted me looked past my attitude and gave me excellent service. He took my keys and sent me on my marry way while they took a look to see if the tire could be patched. Of course it couldn't, and he gave me a call to tell me so and gave me a quote on what the new tire would cost. I called around before I said yes fix it, and found the price to be spot on with everyone else. Called him back (I apologize for refering to you as him, but it's been a couple weeks and I can't remember your name) and the new tire was mounted in like 30-ish minutes. When I went to pick up the car and asked about AAA discounts they couldn't apply it, because sweet little him had already given me a discount on the tire that was greater than the 10% AAA. Score.

i think this place is very good! there's no other place as good as these guys that i've been to yet...good prices, always worked on my vehicle right away, yet they always have other cars going in and out of here...and theyre not pumping it out like a manufacture's line, its just that theyre fast...and if you ever get a flat on an installation that they've done, then it's free to fix! this is key! plus too, they took my vehicle right away to fix my flat, and it wasn't even to make money cuz it didn't cost me anything! keeps me coming back! safety checks, i do them here now, and anything else that they do, ill go to them...oh best of all...its local buisness so the money stays here...which automatically beats out Firestone, Sears, and any other tire place i can think of!!

I would recommend going here at all, and this is supposed to be Hawaii's best?? They couldn't even get my tire alignment and balance right after two times. After the second I steered clear of them, so they wouldn't mess my car up. Stay away, there are better places on Oahu for sure.

Excellent customer service! I'm fairly skeptical when it comes to choosing a new mechanic to service my vehicle, and occasional have ended up going to the actual car dealer. After coming across the shining reviews of this place, I tried it out for myself and was absolutely not disappointed. The customer service right from the beginning was incredibly helpful and friendly. After I made an appointment for the next day and brought my vehicle in, they took care of the issue in a timely manner. All of their feedback was incredibly genuine. For the issue I had, they did a quick adjustment to see if it would fix the problem, and it did! It saved me from having to pay a couple hundred dollars to drop the tank to investigate the issue further than necessary. This location is also conveniently near Windward Mall, so it was an easy walk over to keep myself busy while my vehicle was being taken care of. I definitely recommend this place!

Once you drive the same vehicle for awhile, you normally know when something doesn't sound right. When I started my vehicle the other day, the engine was idling noticeably higher and making lots more noise. I'm thinking "I have no idea what would cause that. It didn't sound like that earlier today. This could be bad.". I took it to Lex Brodies the next day and had a great experience working with Jayda and Cooper. Jayda immediately set my expectations as far as when I would be likely to get my vehicle back and the likely cost of diagnosing the problem. Not only was she accurate about when my vehicle was fixed but the final cost was actually lower than expected. Honesty and great service is always appreciated and Lex Brodies came through in a big way!

Came in for an oil change and the guy says it will be ready in an hour. I came back an hour and a half later to find out my car hasn't even been moved from the spot that I parked it in. The worker says a spot just opened up and they will have it done in 15 mins. I asked why they made their customers wait an hour and a half for a 15 minute job?!? I ended up waiting another 30 mins! The woman apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a $20 discount which satisfied my frustration.

Great great service! Jayda is the best! She helped me with advice on my brakes which really needed to be fixed. Also, she helped me with the cv boots AND getting my A/C fixed. She saved me a lot of $$$$ and I mean a lot of $$$$. The other company was going to charge me an arm & a leg...no joke! Go to Lex Brodie Queen Street - see Jayda - BEFORE you take your car anywhere else! Their service is excellent and they won't RIP you off with outrageous prices! Now I feel SAFE and COOLER driving my car! Mahalo plenty, Jayda and staff!

We received such awesome service at Lex Brodie's today, I made it a point to right this review today. I drove to a house under construction and assume that's where I picked up the screw that ended up in our tire. Then drove to the market, then home on the freeway. While on the freeway I heard a noise that sounded like a helicopter, I kept driving assuming it was a helicopter. I had no idea I had a flat tire, I've never driven with a flat tire. So anyway, my fiance changes the tire to our spare and I'm thinking ahead to how we're going to have to take care of this tomorrow and my work day will be screwed. It was 5:30 pm by then, fortunately Lex Brodie closes at 6pm AND they were open today (Presidents Day). We pulled up, it didn't seem like they were actively working on any cars. I dreaded that they were closing and wouldn't be able to help us. But, they happily took us in and an army of guys came out to help us (checked the air in the remaining tires, pulled out the spare, checked that, put it back in the trunk). At the same time i'm pacing back and forth unsure if they had our tire in and how much it would cost. They had our tire! And they prorated the cost because we bought the tire from them 2 years ago! Score! I was so relieved and thanked every one I could. I didn't really appreciate how great they were until I got home and realized it was only about 1 hour from when we got the flat to the time it was fixed! I was totally mentally preparing myself for having at least a stressful 24-48 hours ahead of me.

Hi Guys, I just felt compelled to write a little something about my experience today at Lex Brodie's. I have a tour company and needed to check one of my tires with a slow leak. I pulled into LB figuring this is gonna cost me, a lot. But Mike, who helped me, said, "Let's just check the tire for a leak and if we can fix it, great." I expected to receive a call saying that they were unable to fix the tire and that it would cost me $500 for tires. Well, guess what! Mandy called me from their office saying that the work was finished and I could come in and get my vehicle. I asked what was wrong and she said, "You were screwed" -- meaning that a screw had punctured but didn't severely damage my tire and they were able to patch it. I thanked her for the laugh, went down to LB and told them how great it was working with them. That's all it took for me to now become a lifelong customer of Lex Brodie's, the one on Queen Street, with big thanks to Mike and Mandy for taking good care of me.
