I made an appointment to have my business pickup truck serviced. It was taken on time and finished about the estimated time of completing the job. The invoice amount was reasonable, and the employees were friendly with good listening skills. I have been taking our business vehicles to Lex Brodie's for years. Last month, I participated in the early morning box drop off service and that was very helpful and convenient for me at 4am. Customer Service was phenomenal, I received a nice courtesy call at about 8am with thorough details and recommendations for my truck. Considering I don't know much about automobiles, Leo made it clear and easy to understand the problem and solution needed for repair. The service part needed for the truck arrived very quickly to my surprise and my truck was done before noon as promised! Thank you for the speedy and thorough service.
