Made a last-minute appointment to look at our tires. They gave us a minimum estimated time for them to check our car, so we went on a walk. Came back a little early, and waited in their waiting room. Was notified a little while later that our car was ready, and there was even no charge for the work. Nice support from their service personnel!

Lex Brodie's Kaneohe is THE BEST!! Brooke was my angel this week, she went above and beyond to help me when I had a collision. The damage was above and beyond the services that Lex Brodie provides but still they did everything they possibly could to help me and keep me in the loop of how my situation was progressing. They didn't even get a dime out of me in the end, but I can tell you they will in the future, they have a customer for life!!!

So I'm fairly new to Hawaii. And I can safely say these guys went above and beyond to figure out all the little issues my recent purchase has. 2002 lincoln blackwood. Went in for some front end diagnostics. And being a 21 year old truck, things are naturally gonna be broken. Had some recent repairs that I accomplished enough to get a front end alignment done by these guys and they took videos and pictures about their findings regarding what my issues were. It was a cool experience and rewarding for me. Now I know what needs to be done to make my truck drive reliably down the road. Not gonna lie, they didn't charge me for a diagnostic and I gotta give these guys a 5 star. Super cool guys to get work done. 98-115 Kamehameha Highway, Aiea HI. Workers not friendly. When your vehicle is done, they should go over what was done. I got my safety check, and my insurance card and registration form and other paperwork needed were all oily from the worker and left in my car. Super disappointing.
