The service was speedy, professional, and delivered as promised. My only disappointment: the cost of the part online ('starter") was $100 cheaper than what I paid at Lex Brodie. Is there a valid reason for this differential?

Excellent service as always. The air conditioning in my 2002 VW GTI V6 is now shot. That's why I brought it in to check. Jim has become a good friend over the years and they found that the compressor is shot and to fix the air is over $2,000.00. I can't afford anything like that so end of the air. However they did replace 2 tires and do a realignment for the tune of over $800.00. I had to do that.

Mandee was very patient to help me choose the tires and make the appointment. Jim was very friendly and professional when checking my car in and checking to see if my car was ready. He made sure another agent followed up since he became caught up with another customer. The only reason I gave the visit 4.5 instead of 5 stars is because there is a double check list and the wheels were not wiped down and the dirty mat was in the car.

Great Service, love the online appointment ability as I work nights and can't contact during the day. Conveniently able to make my appointment at 730 am as well! One of the quickest oil changes and inspections ever! Unfortunately must rate 4 star because when I went to get my first vehicle inspected, they wanted nearly $800 for four new tires and alignment for my chevy impala. I asked if there were any used tires or cheaper options and was given the response "this is the cheapest option for tires." My wife's uncle is a car dealer and me myself being a gear head, know I can get 4 great tires WITH an alignment for no more than $400. Other than the inflated price and "no option for other tires" it's a great place!

Invoice #4046886 Mixed emotions at first. My original intention was to have a safety check done for my 2011 toyota truck. To my surprise, I was told that my 2 front tires needed to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. #1 it was totally unexpected news to me. And #2 the tires didn't even appear to be bald in the first place, nor have I noticed any sort of changes in driving the vehicle. In the end, I did decide to pay for it. Was it a stretch for me? Big time. Do I feel as if I got hustled? No. Considering the maintenance for my fairly new truck, I would rather it be in the hands of a quality auto repair shop than some other place thats dirt cheap with a lesser unknown reputation. So for me, I would say that this place is an honest, upfront business where auto repairs can be trusted.

OMGOSH! These people were just sooooo nice. I will definitely come back here ! AND the cost was not gonna make me have to give up lunch for a month. Mahalo Nui for the great service and warm smiles. Luv you folks!!!
