Saved us a lot of grief and probably money in both the short and long term is solving a tire-related problem that we've been dealing with for a few weeks now. We've finally finished the transition from another so-called tire service business -- from whom we last purchased tires -- to Lex Brodie's for our 2005 Altima!!

It was a rainy Sunday morning. I parked my car on South St just mauka of Queen St. Strange, my tail lights were still on even though I turned off the lights. I'd have to figure that out when I got back from the sales office for the new condo they plan to build nearby. The line was very short (like I said, it was raining). Took the tour, got the info packet, and went back to my car. Hmm, the tail lights were off now. The car didn't start. Not even dying grunt. What to do? Being the last person in town that doesn't have a cell phone, I couldn't call for help. Wait a minute! Wasn't that a Lex Brodie's I passed on my way here? I grabbed my umbrella and walked over to it. Jack was at the check in stand. I told him my situation. He grabbed a jump start box, we got into an SUV and headed over to my car. We got it started, but, man, it was running rough! It died again getting out of the parking space. Restarted it. I had to keep it revving with one foot, and try to keep it moving with the other foot on and off the brake. Jack followed me in case it died again. Back at the station, they found that my battery was dead. Drained of life by a bad alternator. They would have to replace both, but I'd have to leave my car there overnight so they could get the new part Monday morning. Great. It would be a long walk home in the rain. But they called a cab for me and said they would reimburse me for the ride. Unbelievable! The car was ready late the next morning. The bill was substantial, but there was a $60 website coupon discount included that I didn't even know about. Well, I'm definitely coming back to these guys anytime I need something done to my car in the future. Best car repair experience ever!

Took a few minutes for someone to help me, but it was uphill after that. Jeff was friendly and helpful. He followed up and was very informative.

Mandy who helped us with all the technical aspects of recommending tires was super. She was friendly and good to work with.

I made appt to do my maintenance oil change. I told them about my tire pressure light went off but that morning I only put air in my front tires and not my back tires. So I told them to check to see why my light is still on. When I pick my car up after work, I ask what was the reason why my light of the tire pressure still on. They told me the found a nail in my rear left tire. So they patched it up for me.,no charge. Im so happy. Thanks lex brodies !!

Being military and moving around a lot, its hard to find a decent auto repair place that won't rip you off when you get to a new duty station. This place fixed everything that was wrong with my car for the price Firestone quoted me for diagnostics. They completed everything in 1 day where others were telling me it would take at least 2 days to run testing. My husband and I will definitely be bringing our second car here when it arrives from DC.
