The tech showed me my tire that had the flat. It had worn unevenly and could not be repaired. They didn't have the brand I wanted, so I thanked them and left. They didn't charge me! Much appreciated.

Excellent customer service. The employees were courteous and focused on making sure customers were being served. The waiting room could use upgrading, more chairs, coffee that was hot, other drink options.

The work was fine but the waiting experience was terrible. I was told that the work would take about an hour. After sitting in the wait area for about an hour and forty five minutes I went to the desk to ask if they could check the status of my work witch was just to fix a flat tire. I was asked what type of car I had. After I told them they asked me if it was the car that was parked in front of the office. When I looked out of the window it was my car. Then I was told that they had called my name when it was done and maybe the TV was too loud and I did not hear them. I can't understand why if no one answered someone could not walk to the waiting room and make announcement. They were nice and apologized but it sure did not feel good that no one did anything when they called out from the other room and that no one would stand up to check if it could be heard in the waiting room when they got no response. Over two hours to get a flat tire repaired is pretty bad, in my mind. When I got home and told my wife she said that no on called on the phone and I had my cell phone also in the waiting room that did not ring. If I did not go and check I wonder how long I would be waiting. Not too good for a firm that prides itself on customer service.

The service was great, my only complaint is the price of my four new tires considering they were a brand I hadn't even heard of before, but... everywhere I checked was expensive, so the fact I could get in and out of here with no problems or wait at all on Thanksgiving Eve made it worth the money... I will most likely return to get my Safety Check.

As always, Gerard was knowledgeable, helpful, and 100% satisfactory! I have asked for Gerard when I visit the Kaneohe location for more than 10 years now. John taught him well -- and Gerard "channels" John's direct and personable manner. I got all my questions answered, my tires rotated and balanced, my wheels aligned very promptly and the car was ready when promised -- IT JUST DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT! (Mr. Brodie would be proud!)

Similar to used car salesmen, mechanics often get bad reputations for being dishonest and recommending unneeded repairs on vehicles especially for female patrons. With this in mind and once again needing vehicle maintenance not covered by a warranty the hunt once again began for a place that seemed the least likely to cost me a mortgage payment. Immediately I was impressed with the fact that I could make appointment requests with Lex Brodie's online and less than 24 hours after my request, I received a confirmation email for my appointment. I had to call a few days later to move the drop off day/time and the person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and helpful. When I dropped my vehicle off this morning, I advised the staff what my concerns were, and less than an hour later my vehicle had been inspected and rather than charge me for an expensive unneeded repair, they informed me of what necessary maintenance needed to be done to the vehicle and what my different pricing options were. Less than four hours later my vehicle was ready for pick up and safe to drive on the road. What I appreciated most about my dealings with Lex Brodie's today and all the staff members was the fact that they didn't try to up sell me into any unneeded repairs and they didn't try to speak down to me even when it was clear I didn't know what the hell was going on regarding a few things. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and although my wallet is crying its crying over needed costs, not about being taken advantage of. Thank you Lex Brodie's for being a class act. Much appreciated. FYI - they offer a AAA and military discount which is especially helpful for days that your bill costs more than your rent/mortgage.
