Excellent customer service. Staff very knowledgable. Good training program? Transportation to and from home very prompt and convenient. Went in for tires and safety check. Found out brake pads worn out. Could have saved some money if rotor resurfacing was available and I didn't have to buy new rotors. But, I purchased the $99 lifetime brake option. I shouldn't have to worry about any future repair or replacement costs.

I have been a cutomer for 40 years. I have always gone there for tires. This time they discovered a brake problem I did not know about and saved me big experiences in repairs. My mechanic was a woman and very smart and showed me the problems. I was really impressed by her. She gets a Gold Star!

My car wouldn't start. It was late but i wanted to tow the car to Lex Brodie's. I called and Mandy said that although they were closing before they could get there, she would be there after hours to help me out. They handled the delivery very well, fixed the car (a new starter) the next day, and i was a happy man again. Thanks for the great attention and service.

Came in to get tire repaired due to screw lodged in tread. Technician found bubble on sidewall and i left with two new tires at a great price. I had excellent service and the staff were courteous and professional. Repair work was completed quickly and expertly.

This was the first time I visited Lex Brodie's, and I only went because Costco did not have the tires I needed. It was such a great experience that I will never purchase tires anywhere else. All of the staff was courteous and professional, and they treated me the way a customer should be treated: I felt like they really cared and appreciated my business (I was not just another number). When it was determined my alignment could not be completed because of damaged parts, the employees doing the work brought me under the car and showed me the problem. They pointed out damaged parts and actually explained what needed to be done. I was scheduled to have some work done on my vehicle at the dealership, but after the most-satisfying service I received, I plan on having all the work done at Lex's. I brought in my parent's Toyota Camry for tires which in dire need of being replaced and let me tell you... I was impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness and timeliness delivered. I currently live in Las Vegas and for those who are familiar with Discount Tires in Nevada or Arizona, the level of service at Lex Brodie's is up there plus Lex Brodie's offers wheel alignment and brake services and more. So if you are new to the islands and are in need of tires which are reasonable, here is a place you can check out!

Aloha, I wanted to tell you what FANTASTIC service I received yesterday. When I got home from work, I saw a nail sticking out of my tire. I immediately drove to Lex Brodie's Kaneohe for help not realizing what time it was. After discussing with Zack about making an appointment for tomorrow, I was concerned if my tire would hold up until then. Zack saw my concern and was going to check my tire to see if it was ok, then Idip came to the rescue! He took my keys and said he would take care of it. He fixed my tire in 15 minutes! I can't express how grateful I am to Idip and Zack. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I hope you appreciate what a GREAT team you have in Kaneohe, I know I do. Thank You... My Toyota Camry needed a tire repair as it had a nail in it. I called this location and they said it would be around a 40 minute wait. The price was good, only $21 and less expensive than Sears. I added in an oil change and they also had a good price for this, for $52, you get synthetic oil. Some other places I've gone to charge you $44 (final price) for regular oil. The reps were courteous and helpful and I liked the waiting room. I would definitely go back there again. The only problem is when I added on the oil change, it took a lot longer, two hours and 15 minutes. In retrospect, I should have asked how much longer it was going to take to add on the oil change. Overall though, great service and friendly employees!
