Went in for a tire rotation and was told it would be about an hour. I said ok, handed over the keys and went for a walk. 20 minutes later I got a call from the friendly attendant and was told my car was done. Everything works great, very pleased with the service. Even got a free brake inspection!

I’m hesitant to go back again since my experience was mixed. I will probably search Yelp for other options, which is unfortunate because I prefer to go with a local company. Pros • Friendly customer service representatives • Convenient location since I live in walking distance • Tires were installed correctly Cons • Pre-check out inspection checklist were not completed: o My rims were not wiped clean; they were filthy with grease and dirt o Grease marks were found on the glove compartment and passenger side window • Personal items in the car moved during the service were not returned to their original location • The service took 1.5 hours longer than the estimate provided (4 hours total)

Worst service ever! I called asking if they did safety checks, the guy sounded irritated when he answered the phone. They said it would take a few hours for it. I agreed and drove down. Walked in and no one greeted me or anything. I just stood there for 15 mins, by that time a line formed behind me. Then someone who worked there (a woman) found the time in her busy day to come up to help. Not me but the person behind me! At this time I had enough and walked out. This is completely bullshit and don't recommend anyone give their business to them. Worst experience ever!

Took my Honda CR-V in because there was a knocking sound coming from under the car. Lex Brodie's diagnosed the problem--a loose bolt for a sway bar, and quickly fixed it. Great job!

I used the Online Appointment feature for the first time, a couple of nights prior to my day off. I got a confirmation response by 9:30 am the next day. I was pleased at how fast the response was, and I ended up calling later on that day to ask the estimated price. When I arrived, I was assisted in a timely manner. The person who checked me in reviewed what work was to be done and then quoted me an estimated time of two hours. I then went off to run my errands. I ended up receiving a call that my car was ready an hour and a half later. When I picked up my car, the price was exactly what was quoted initially. This is the 3rd time that I've gone to Lex Brodie's, and I've always received excellent customer service!

Kudos to the Lex Brodies Team (especially Richard Silva) for being so courteous and efficient.
