I was disappointed that Barney Griggs was not working this day (3/2/2013) and the following day (3/3/2013) because he is always attentive to his customers and assures satisfaction. In addition to an oil change, I had a free tire rotation. I had an appointment at 1pm but the work was not completed until 3:30pm. Longer than usual, which I accepted. After picking up the car, we noticed that there was a message of "Very Low Tire Pressure". I took the car back the next day at 12:30pm. They took it in and I waited for the car thinking that the air in the tires may have been low and I expected to have a short wait. I waited at the store until 2:20pm. I was told that one of the tires was slightly low. I was disappointed in the lack of discretion by the manager. Obviously the work was not done properly the day before. Because of this oversight by the staff, if I were the manager, I would have put priority on checking to see if it could have been fixed quickly (which it could have been). Your receptionist was very nice and apologetic. Also this oversight by your staff on 3/2 caused overtime expense for your company on 3/3 because the store was supposed to close at 2pm. Unfortunately the mistake by one person causes problems for all involved including your customer and your company.
