I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment (under warranty). They took about 2 hours for the process which wasn't as quick as I am used to at Honda service but not a bad wait. The plus side for Lex's is that I only have to do an oil change every 6 months instead of 3-4 months. Though I didn't purchase my tires from them since I still have my stock tires on the car, they rotate my tires for free whereas Honda charged me $30. The only negative this time around was for some reason my passenger side floor mat was streaked black with grease and some of it was even on the door jam part inside the car. I saw they laid the paper floor mat on my driver's side but the passenger side had no paper floor mat. I noticed I didn't get a printout of the alignment performed. The first time I had it done there was an actual printout of the adjustments. Overall, it was a good experience except the part where my floor mat was dirtied quite a bit.

Took my wife's car into Lex's with strange noise's. Freddie took great care of me. He quickly diagnosed what it might be, gave me a fair estimate and I dropped the car off. What impressed me about Lex Brodies is not only did Freddie listen to the engine, but he test drove it as well. End result was when I got the car back, the difference was night and day! I got a great deal on a set of Michelin tires, an alternator replace, brake inspection, etc, etc.. Helped me get a rebate as well!! My wife was astounded at how much better the car (Toyota Camry XLE) drives, handles, and quietness. Had my car serviced several times by SERVCO Waipahu, but they never test drove the car. Now Lex Brodies takes care of my wifes car; my truck and previous Jeep and Trooper we all great vehicles because of the outstanding maintenance by Lex Brodies. Thanks again, Freddie. You are the Man! I came in to have a sensor for the TPMS replaced. The wait time was quicker than I was told. Very happy with the work done and cost compared to going to the auto dealer. I don't have to look at the warning light anymore.

Visited Lex Brodie's in town for annual safety check. Upon inspection a rear sensor for the tpms was not working. Jim informed me of the need for it to corrected. He explained my options and that they would be glad to perform it . I have patronized Lex Brodie's for many years and have always been treated courteously and have had confidence in their services.
