I have been a loyal customer since the 1970's and continue to be satisfied with the level and quality of services, and products offered. However, I am concerned that for the 2nd time in a little over a year, I have brought my car to install new tires and have found after leaving that all the quarters I leave for parking meters in my center console are missing. I didn't report it the last time because it might have been a fluke and the amount is small, but I noticed immediately upon leaving that again all the quarters had been taken. Not a big financial issue but certainly sours my impression of Lex Brodie's trustworthyness.
Aloha Mr Lee, I/We are very sorry quarters are missing. We take this kind of feedback very seriously and will look into who worked on your vehicle. We strongly stress that our team mates never recommend any services not needed or touch anything that isn't part of the services we provide. We have not had similar complaints recently (normally, if you have someone with sticky fingers, they tend to take things a lot... which results in multiple complaints of theft. But we have not had any such complaints for many years). We will pay close attention to new employees and will discuss this incident / concern to all employees now and in our store wide Team meetings. Can you send me your invoice number so we can look into more? Also, please send me your best mailing address so we can mail you a gas card with an apology card. My email is [email protected]. Once again, please accept our apologies. Thank You... Very Much! for bringing to our attention so we can address and take steps to prevent this type of concern in the future. "TY...VM!" Sincerely, Scott D Williams President
