Called to make an appointment the same day and they were so accommodating. Fast, friendly service. Helpful that they have WiFi in their air conditioned customer lounge to get work done while you wait.

I had purchased 4 tires and I was very impressed at the friendliness of the estimator to the office staff. It didn't seem like I was there for 2 hours, which included alignments which I badly needed since it had been 8 years since my tires were replaced! The estimator informed me I was so lucky I didn't have a "blow out" or into an accident considering the conditions of the tires. Thank you....very much, Lex Brodie's!

I went to Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe this week because I noticed that one of my tires was leaking air. I pulled in and the technician was kind enough to inspect all of my tires and to find that I had a nail in one of them. He kindly told me that it would take 15 minutes to repair and quoted me a price. I was in and out of there with my tire fixed within 20 minutes. I just want to say that the staff at the Kaneohe location were very kind and ensured that I was taken cared of.
