Aiea, HI ("Pearlridge")
Now sure about this shop...again. My wife's car, a Ford Fiesta seemed to have a brake issue. I took it to Lex Brodie's in Aiea to diagnose. The conclusion seemed inconclusive so recommended brake booster replacement, probably the most expensive repair on the brake system. If you're not sure of the problem, why suggest the most expensive POSSIBLE solution?! How about do a flush and bleed first?? So I took the car to the dealer and requested a brake system, flush, and bleed. The dealer completed the job and assurred me that there was no problem with the brake system. I usually opt in for Lex's 2 year wheel alignment, but I'm beginning to have 2nd thoughts. People, I'm a backyard mechanic, a DIY, and I do a lot of research. I hope Lex's staff will get their act together and this kind of experience doesn't happen again!!
