Very good customer service. I was greeted by vashelle. Nice friendly, and showed me the different types of tires I also called in to asked for info about getting 4 new tires. She said sure just come on in and she would help me...Thank you Vashelle your the best .Also it was really fast in changing my tires thank you to all the crew the honolulu station. .again Mahalo to Lex Brodie tires. .

Wow great service, the service was friendly and quick. I had to change 4 tires get my tires balanced and aligned. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I am bringing my car here again for all of my car needs.

Engine check light went on this weekend (unrelated to previous visit) so I brought in my car at 7am this morning. I was assisted by Mike Rizzo who was very pleasant and helpful. I took notice of how he acknowledged other customers still waiting in line to be helped, which I thought was excellent customer service. He gave me a preliminary assessment of what he thought might be the problem (which I believe turned out to be accurate). By noon, my car was fixed and ready for pick up, which was extremely convenient for me since I was in the vicinity. Great job by Mike and the Lex Brodie's Honolulu team.

Although the staff was helpful, it was apparent that they could not handle the volume of business. Waiting almost 3 hours to get two new tires is ridiculous. Another man was furious because he had been there more than 2 hours and they hadn't even touched his car. He was promised it in two hours. This is how you drive customers away no matter what the price.

Great service. I called to make an appointment and the salesperson gave me my options and asked questions to tailor the service to my needs! The price was lower than they quoted me which was an extra bonus! They said I didn't need the service when they checked so they didn't have to charge...Wow! Would definitely go there again!

I showed up with no appointment because I realized my tires were thread-bare and dangerous to drive on. I was greeted warmly and given more than enough time to discuss and determine the best tires for my car (NOT the performance tires that had been on them!). I was quoted 2 1/2 hours to do the work and it actually took less. I was thrilled with the quality of the work, and the warmness of the customer service staff. I don't go anywhere else for tires! Thank you...very much!!!
