Service is as always, prompt and polite

Ok updated review from my poor review I gave them earlier. They finally seemed to have found the problem, but it took almost a week long. They paid for my rental which I did appreciate, but as soon as I picked up my truck, the engine light was still on!!! Fml! Although the customer service is top notch and the techs are super friendly, the actual troubleshooting and repair service is poor. So I called justin and turned right back around and now im back waiting again. I dont know what happened in my case, but I would still recommend this place for small, simple services; but not for big service jobs. If you ever need to come here, see justin.

Good advice on future services.

Dear Lex Brodie, please stop taking advantage of me :( I came in for a brake check and trusted that I would be given an estimate of the repairs required. My estimate came back at $1568.00. Completely shocked by the price, I had to go back and pick up my car until such time as I could afford the repair. I happened to show the invoice to a certified mechanic friend who has been in the business over forty years and he was angered at the blatant and unnecessary add-on's to a simple brake pad replacement. Yes, he did check the brakes for me as well and concluded that the pads did indeed need to be replaced but that was all. Everything else was in good condition and I did not need a complete brake overhaul..$473.00, CV Boot replacement..$318.00, Inner tied rod assembly..$332.00 etc, etc, etc....sigh...I trusted you Lex Brodies..sadly no more and I won't return and I will absolutely let everyone I know how you tried to scam me into extraneous services. Auwe! Shame on you! ..A once loyal customer, but no more.

I did call another Lex Brodie location (my cousin works there) and verified that these were **recommended** services that are always tacked on to a customers invoice in the active and encouraged process of upselling, whether actually needed or not. I guess the thinking is you get lucky a certain % of the time from those of us who don't know our way around the mechanics of a car or as I learned, that the inner tie rod assembly has nothing to do with brakes, but the steering which was perfectly fine. Shame of you for taking advantage of us women! If I could give you negative stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Are there any female friendly honest shops out there??

Went there since they were the only shop which carried BF Goodrich 235 60 15 in stock for my 69 camaro. Only to learn that my rotors were gouged and needed replacement. They were able to complete the job that day and the one guy even detailed my old back tires that new look shine. I will definitely be back when my other "rides" need basic care.

Nobody wants to wake up on a Saturday morning rushing to an appointment only to find you have a flat tire. Well that's what happened to me last Saturday. My husband took me to my appointment and we decided to address the flat tire later when we returned home at 3pm. We initially thought to call Costco thinking we would get a great deal. Well try getting someone to answer the phone at Costco so we immiediately thought of Lex Brodie since they will match price. I called and made human contact instantly!!!!Brooke answered the phone and of course I did not have the correct tire # so Brooke used CarFax and got the correct tire for my car (I thought that was pretty amazing service). They had the tire in stock so I drove over at 3:30pm. Cooper was waiting to take care of me and I picked up the car at 5pm....new tires, alignment complete, wheel rims cleaned and I was off. In a day when receiving great service is hard to come by my experience at Lex Brodie was nothing short of wonderful.

Wife had a flat tire last Saturday and have to admit, called Costco first but after 3 tries no one answered so called Lex Brodie's. I gave the gal on the phone the tire model number but she said she didn't carry such a tire. She then said, "let me look at your Car Fax" and found out I gave her the wrong tire model! She told me they have it in stock and we could bring the car in right away. We got there around 3pm and by 5pm they called and said the car was ready. Great service from receptionist to mechanic. Highly recommended.

i went this morning at lex brodies at pearlridge location to be change my 4 tires and change my brakes. I was there like 8:30 in the morning so they told me to change the tire will be atleast an hour so i was expecting to be all done before 3 because i have work at 3 oclock. Fast forward at 1:00 PM i asked the lady in front if my car is done yet and she asked the mechanic and they told me it will be delivered the brake parts as soon as possible so i give them atleast an hour. Time passes by I keep going outside the shop just to check my car if their doing my brakes now but still my car is sitting down on the parking lot and nobody did my brake yet. So i decided to call in sick from work because of this guys not doing their job i mean they let their customer wait that long and not letting them know. They should let know to the customer how long it takes to fix the car or so.! OK.So there you go finally their fixing my car/breaks now but the thing is I WAS THERE WAITING FOR FUCKING 10 HOURS!!! CAN U TAKE THAT I JUST WANT TO FIX MY BRAKES SO I DECIDED TO WAIT THAT LONG. OPEN TO CLOSE WAITING!! Thats pathetic! This is not happened atleast once but twice,..! So to those BIG BOSSES of this Company they should fix this problem..im just so pissed off today because i have to call in sick from work because of this guys!!!!! NEXT TIME TELL TO THE CUSTOMERS HOW LONG IT WILL TAKES TO FIX THE CAR..! NOT JUST SAYING THAT "WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS DONE"!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!
