My service at the time of my appointment was exceptional. All employees were very courteous and friendly. In my initial contact, I did notice inconsistentcy in the knowledge base between sales-persons, as far as the different types of services offered, discounts, i.e.; however still very friendly and courteous, and willing to find out what they did not know.

convenient location, great service. I was dismayed to find I needed more repairs than I had planned for. However, my service person Hele, was very helpful, not pushy and provided me some excellent options including the use of a free rental car so I could get to my other appointments while my car was serviced. I walked to Straub for my medical appointment, used the rental car from Enterprise to go to another appointment in Kaimuki, went to work in town and was able to return the rental car and pick up my serviced car from Lex Brodies all by 6 pm. Thank you.

I came in with a small leak in my tire and was expexting to pay up to $40 but Jayda was there to help me out and also teach me what the tire pressure should be on my tires which was super helpful. They told me about an hour but ended up only being 45 minutes. Much aloha at this shop and Bee was there to cash me out as soon as the car was done. Bee and Jayda + lex brodies = a great lex brodies

I'm always impressed with your service and ability to accommodate walk-ins. While pricing on things like batteries and tires could be cheaper elsewhere, I appreciate the level of service that I receive whenever I go to Lex Brodie's.
