Prompt and excellent service!!!

This place has steadily gone down hill. After purchasing tires, they push their additional "full service" agreement and wheel alignment for close to $200 extra. Returned 6000 miles later requesting rotation and balancing. Took over 2 hours and they did not balance or even check tire pressure while I watched. Would have insisted but was very running very late. Won't be going back. Lex is NOT smiling.

This is not right. If you do not give the company 4 or more stars your review does not show up. I just posted one about them ripping me off. They charged me $90 for an alignment in March and another $90 alignment charge in July. Yet their warranty states "6 months or 6000 miles" which I did not exceed in both cases. This review is a joke.

Check your invoices!!! I was charged $90 for an alignment in March (mileage 88708) and another $90 alignment in July (mileage 91139). Yet they state "Warranty 6 months or 6000 miles whichever comes first." Looks like they are adding additional charges to pad the bill. I trusted them and will take my business elsewhere

I took my car in for a safety check. Your staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I was helped by Vachelle who was knowledgable about my particular make of car - a VW Jetta. As I wanted my tires checked for air, she asked me if I had a tire lock on the wheels. As I was unsure of whether I had such a feature she personally checked my tires and informed me that I did not have a tire lock on my tires. I had a very positive experience at your shop.

Carla was great over the phone and very attentive when I arrived. My tires look great and I love the fact that they keep up with your reminder for tire maintenance. Also, if you don't have your receipt, they state they have it in the computer. This is customer service. The only issue I had when I was leaving, is they had my car blocked in, and I had to wait some time before I was able to get someone to move the cars so I could leave.

Very efficient! Everything explained, nothing magically added.

Very prompt service. Informed me of a potential AC leak and that they could not locate it but put some dye in the system so they might be able to find it in the future
