if you have a lifted truck with bigger tires do not come here. waste of time. my truck passes all safety requirements, the very same day I got denied I went to another shop and my truck passed all safety inspections so i dont know what their issue was

The work is good, I have no complaints about that. But the wait time is unacceptable. I've had my oil change done here the past 8 or so years. And most times I have waited for 3+ hours. I set up appointments and use the "waiting" service. Nearly every time I come back after 3 hrs have passed to check on my car and my car isn't even in the bay. The staff is friendly and the work done is good. I get things come up, you have cars to work on but it's frustrating. Check in 1145, car done 454pm.

August 27, 2026 (Lex Brodies in Aiea) My brake lights would not turn off causing my battery to drain while the car was off. The part that was needed had to be ordered. I received a phone call from Brian the next morning instructing me to bring in my car. I received a phone call an hour and a half later while I was at the bank telling me my car was ready for pickup. What stood out from this repair was the exceptional service and customer service I received from Brian. Brian’s customer service skills made me feel like I was at a restaurant or hotel but for cars. I am bouncing back the “Thank You Very Much!” back to Lex Brodies for a job well done. Mahalos, Garland from Aiea.
