Visited Lex Brodie's on October 24, 2013 for wheel alignment check. I received very courteous and professional services from the technician. I knew exactly what the cost of the service was going to be and how long the service was going to be. Fortunately, after inspection was done, the wheel alignment was not necessary. The best part of the visit was there was no charge for the service rendered and the staff was very friendly and very professional. I have been a customer for many years and I will continue to purchase goods and services from Lex Brodies. Aloha from Hawaii

I always make a appointment to service my car in order to insure how much time I will need to plan for my visit. Have never been disappointed.

Employees were very friendly and helpful both when I brought the car in and picked it up. There was no wait when I brought the car in and only a short wait when I came to pick it up after I got the call that the car was ready. The only delays were that the computer was malfunctioning when I dropped the car off and it was not readily apparent, so that took some time to figure out and process my work order before I could leave the car, and when I picked the car up, it took some time to locate the keys. Nevertheless, my overall experience was very positive, and I feel I can trust the people at Lex Brodie's. Thank you!!!

I needed 4 new tires and I also had a coupon for a AAA 40 point car care package valued at $110 for only $34.99. It was an OK experience. There were a few situations during the visit that got my blood pressure going up, and that is not GOOD. It could have been worse.

After 2 tires had been replaced and the alignment done, my car was very obviously pulling to the left. Had to take it back in again. A road test would easily have avoided my wasting my time with a second visit. Worse, when I called and spoke to the Manager, he said, "Come in and we will take a look." When I spoke to the petite lady in reception, she said, "Have a seat and we will take a look." Both of these statements gave me no indication that I would have to wait a significant amount of time. After 40 minutes, my car had not been looked at. When I asked the Manager about this, the lady piped in saying that I did not have an appointment. Clearly this was not what either of them had told me. Lex Brodies should provide a time estimate along with a cost estimate to customers. Do not assume that everyone can wait indefinitely. Oh, and check your work. After the tires were cross-rotated, the car drove fine.
