Being military and moving around a lot, its hard to find a decent auto repair place that won't rip you off when you get to a new duty station. This place fixed everything that was wrong with my car for the price Firestone quoted me for diagnostics. They completed everything in 1 day where others were telling me it would take at least 2 days to run testing. My husband and I will definitely be bringing our second car here when it arrives from DC.

I have been a loyal customer since the 1970's and continue to be satisfied with the level and quality of services, and products offered. However, I am concerned that for the 2nd time in a little over a year, I have brought my car to install new tires and have found after leaving that all the quarters I leave for parking meters in my center console are missing. I didn't report it the last time because it might have been a fluke and the amount is small, but I noticed immediately upon leaving that again all the quarters had been taken. Not a big financial issue but certainly sours my impression of Lex Brodie's trustworthyness.

I especially liked the fact that the young lady put down the thicknesses of the brake pads

I arrived stressed and left with a big smile on my face. They had the same tires I had on my car in stock and I was out of there in less than an hour and a half. For a good experience, go here.

The staff at this location are very helpful, courteous and efficient. They found the nail in my tire and repaired the puncture within an hour.

Great people working here. Took my car in for brakes. They called with regular updates and concerns they had about my car. Very speedy service also. Great place with great prices.

I was disappointed that Barney Griggs was not working this day (3/2/2013) and the following day (3/3/2013) because he is always attentive to his customers and assures satisfaction. In addition to an oil change, I had a free tire rotation. I had an appointment at 1pm but the work was not completed until 3:30pm. Longer than usual, which I accepted. After picking up the car, we noticed that there was a message of "Very Low Tire Pressure". I took the car back the next day at 12:30pm. They took it in and I waited for the car thinking that the air in the tires may have been low and I expected to have a short wait. I waited at the store until 2:20pm. I was told that one of the tires was slightly low. I was disappointed in the lack of discretion by the manager. Obviously the work was not done properly the day before. Because of this oversight by the staff, if I were the manager, I would have put priority on checking to see if it could have been fixed quickly (which it could have been). Your receptionist was very nice and apologetic. Also this oversight by your staff on 3/2 caused overtime expense for your company on 3/3 because the store was supposed to close at 2pm. Unfortunately the mistake by one person causes problems for all involved including your customer and your company.
