We have been serviced from this location a few times before and my husband says he will always return to get our vehicles serviced because he trusts the staff. They are professional and friendly and we have never been dissatisfied with the service.

I needed to get an oil change for my SUV and I would usually go to Honda Pacific to get it done but they didn't have any openings till the end of the month. I called around and checked on a few places recommended by my Yeeps. This location came up pretty high on the list so I called and was able to get an appointment for the following week. Parking was easily accessible and signs to the entrance were very clear. First time here so I appreciated that. Before even approaching the front, a service rep came up to me and asked how he could help. He introduced himself as Eddie. I said that I had an appointment for an oil change and he led me to the work station where he verified some information. That part took about 5 minutes. So quick and convenient right before heading into work. Eddie called to let me know a couple hours later that the mechanic recommended I get my valve gasket replaced as well as my windshield wipers. It wasn't over the top expensive and I needed to get them replaced anyway so I approved the added expenses. Everything was done before 4pm. Pick up was fast, simple and friendly as well. Highly recommend this place as an alternative to your dealer!

Friendly, polite; able to bring car in the day after I called. Time quoted for the repair was accurate. Felt like I was in Santa's workshop as I walked through there. So many elves helping customers or working on our cars. Lots of smiling employees. Thank you for making my experience so comfortable.

I just had my safety check done and my tires rotated on my truck. Had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm on 12/11 for the safety. Had the tire rotation added when I got to the counter and the truck went into the work area right at 2:00. It took an hour and a half for me to get my truck back. I think this is far too long. Even with the new regulations on safety checks, I don't feel this was done in a timely matter. The only explanation I got was a safety check usually takes an hour. No way! Unless you're 'trying" to find something for the vehicle to fail. I try to support the locally owned businesses and that's why I purchased the tires from you. However, as far as the next safety check and rotation, I think I'll be heading elsewhere. I'm willing to give up my free rotation and flat repairs and find another shop to have these services done. Time is very valuable but here, it seems to be of little consequence. Other customers in the waiting room also seemed frustrated. I can't say I would recommend this location to anyone.

I was in the area and had sometime so I stop by to check if they could rotate my tires. It must have been my lucky day cause they did it within the hour that he said was going be done. Thank you.
