Would not recommend Lex Brodie to anyone.

I must have some bad luck with my car. My friends told me that I should get AAA since they're always hearing about my car problems. Sad face. If only I could have enough money for a brand new car, everything would be A-okay. Well, since I can't get a brand new car just yet, I have to find myself good auto services. My regular auto service place was closed so I tried LexBrodie's this weekend. So glad they were open on Veteran's Day and I had some time to take my car in to get my tires checked out. Yup, you've got it. There was a screw in my tire that was causing my tire pressure light to go off. So I didn't need to get a new tire, they were able to repair it. I love it how they gave me a quote for new tires and not try to push me to getting new tires while I was there. They confirmed that they were able to repair the tires and no new tires needed at this time. Saved me some money for the holidays. Since I had such great, timely service, I'll definitely come back when I'm ready for some new tires.

The salesperson was really nice. They got my car in on Saturday and promised to keep my car in the protected warehouse until Monday which was very comforting to me as my car had to towed into the shop. The car was fixed on Monday and the salesperson made sure the car was test runned before giving the a ok. Thank you for piece of mind that my car is safe to drive. The car runs well now.

First thing out of bed, came to Lex Brodies Hart St. The sales reps and service techs were very professional and pleasant- not to forget personable and super helpful. :) I got new tires, safety check, balancing and rotation completed. I also had a free alignment check and non-safety issue consults. I also found out that I get free tire rotation services every 6,000 miles and free tire flat repairs. Lex's service advisors have been honest and helpful

I had been over to Firestone, and they told me that a nail in my tire could not be fixed (I think they were simply too busy) so I thought I'd drop in Lex Brodie... not only did they fix it, they also didn't charge me as I was a prior customer in their system... I was delighted to hear and am now a raving fan!

Great awesome service! Very quick, especially with the new vehicle safety inspection proccess. We were quoted to wait for 1 1/2 hrs, but were in and out in 30 minutes.

Great service. They even stayed late so I could pick up my car 5 minutes after closing!

Zach at the desk was excellent in getting me an affordable rate for new tires plus tie rod bearing replacements. Friendly and courteous. Kudos also, to the large Samoan/Polynesian guy with longesh black hair- he spoke in a down to earth manner that made me trust his advice immediately.
