No matter what time I show up or for what service, i am always greeted by name and with a welcoming handshake by Mike and Cooper at the Kakaako store. My service is always fair, prompt and understanding of my specific needs. The girls check you out quickly and with a friendly smile. Some of the best corporate training in the nation going on at this establishment. You all should be proud.

Went in for an oil change and alignment check. Spent 3 hours there and the clerk came in to the lounge and apologized for the time and gave the alignment free of charge. Very friendly and considerate people. However on my ride home The smell of burning oil took over so I can only hope that my old oil had spilled along the oil tray and that it's burning the old oil away. Not abnormal. I just hope it's not the new oil. Assuming so I would definitely return!

Took our van in to get a worn out tire changed. Sales person pushed for us to change all four tires and quoted is $847. When we told them it was to expensive the sales person dropped the price to $678. Why didnt they just offer us thay price from the get go? We ended up changing only the one tire that day. The finished our van in twenty minutes and we were done. Quick service only observation is they should quote you their best price up front.
