Great customer service!

I was really pleased with the service that I received on Friday, 11/29/13 and the following Friday 12/6/13. I had a problem with my Tire Pressure Warning light on my 2008 Toyota for a few weeks. I decided to have my tires rotated on 11/29/13 and have the Tire Pressure Warning light checked. After my tires were rotated the tire pressure warning light went off. However,It started blinking again on 12/5/13. On Friday the 6th of December, I went into Lex Brodie first thing in the morning... Hele checked out my tires, informed me one of the sensors needed to be replaced, explained where the part could be ordered from, etc. He also told me that I needed to get the warning light repaired in order to pass my Safety Check which would coming up in a few months. I decided to have the part ordered and left as I had an appointment elsewhere. Hele followed up and called me later and told me the part came in. I was able to go back and have the part replaced that afternoon. Everyone I came into contact with that day and on 11/29/13 displayed excellent customer service. It really made a huge differance in helping me get the problem resolved.

Excellent customer service. Technicians were courteous and nice. Pleased as always.

The workers at the desk were very polite, professional, and helpful. They answered all my concerns about the pending services. Wait time was as expected(OK) and waiting area was OK(newspaper, seating, coffee. etc.). The only item missed was the old reminder sticker in the upper left front window. I'll just go by the invoice service schedule(date/mileage due) to make my next appointment.
