The professional staff made the entire experience quick and easy. Gerard was excellent at knowing what needed to be done. He reassured me that he would take care it. I always feel my cars are in good hands when I leave it at the shop. I trust the wonderful staff at this shop.

Cashier did not know status of slow leaker that was fixed. She said "no punctures" when I asked what caused the leak. Mechanic who test drove my ca gve me the correct info. Thank you very much......

I always come to Lex Brodies for the convenience and exceptional service they provide (as well as Great deals on my tires), however a recent visit made me think twice about making an appointment during the holiday season (or maybe just this particular day) anything within half an hour is exceptional, an hour - hour and a half ok. But 2 hours and 50 minutes auwe. maybe an inconvenience fee or a little discount would've been nice

Excellent:- My car tire pressure was continuously going down and went to XYZ company to fix it. They said I need to replace tire and charged me $200.00. I was skeptical and wanted to find a deal for the tires online that’s when I found Lex Bordies. I went there and they fixed the tire and charged me nothing, though I tipped the guy some money out of generosity. They were awesome, I’m glade to save $190.00 bugs.

My car was making a terrible screeching sound when I took it in to Lex Brodie's on Sunday (yep they are open weekends when working people have time to get stuff done). I was sure that the wheel bearings needed to be replaced but they suggested first doing a free brake inspection. Ok sure why not. So while doing the inspection they let me check out the issue as well, so clearly they had nothing to hide. Pretty obvious the brake pads were gone and the screeching was coming from the warning strip. They suggested just replacing the brakes and rotors (standard though machining the rotors is possible the prices difference was minimal). I noticed the rubber for the ball joint was cracked and they said even though it was cracked it was still functional and had some time before it needed to be replaced. Again a sign of them not pushing extra work. I decided to just replace now anyway. Reason 1 for 4 vice 5 stars: When they were done the inspection the mechanic lowered my car with 1 tire still off and bent the rotor cover. Easy fix. I dropped car off the next day to have the work done. Reason 2 for 4 vice 5 stars: They did not finish the work that day as promised because they found the brake calipers and lines needed to be replaced. This should have been caught on the inspection IMO, but their emphasis on customer service was apparent when they put me in a rental, increased my discount and replaced the lines free of charge. So I basically got a complete brake overhaul for the price of pads & rotors. Outstanding! They've earned my initial trust. As long as the work is quality (only time will tell) they totally get my recommendation.

Excellent service. Very professional staff, everyone was very helpful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and asked what kind auto problem did I have. The staff immediately sprung into action, by asking what the problem was and then when to check my car out. After that, they started the paperwork and even contacted a rental car agency to come and pick me up. When my car was repaired and ready for pickup, I was promptly notified. When I did picked up my car, the staff was once again excellent and courteous. I was processed and receive my key to my car in no time at all. I want to say, my car is purring once again due to the excellent service provided by your staff at the Honolulu Lex Brodie's. I want to recognized two of your staff members for their outstanding outreach. They are Mr. Keith Kobayashi and Miss. Mandee Akiona. They went above and beyond in their service to me. They are true professional. I will always bring my car for service at Lex Brodie's.

Mechanics appear good. Poor customer service. Will not return. I've used Lex Brodie's at other locations and had a great experience; not here.
