I have been going to Lex Brodie's for over 40 years and I am always pleased with the pleasant, fast, efficient service. This time, I needed a leaky tire fixed and a safety inspection. Mike Rizzo was great. He checked my front tires and let me know that they were wearing unevenly. I decided to have them replaced. Since I was pressed for time because of a previous appointment, he suggested that I go to the appointment then come back and he'd see that I get prompt attention when I returned. That worked for me and he made sure it worked for Lex Brodie's.

I don't know how the rating of this place isn't higher. I've been coming to this place for over a decade and I've never been ripped off. They're straightforward and even try to save you money. They will repair a tire rather than sell you a brand new one. They will charge you a lower price than any place else I've been to. And if you buy a tire from them, they will repair that tire free if it gets flat. They're very efficient. Maybe this place isn't super fancy, but I'm not here for anything luxurious -- just fix my tire! And they do just that. All I can say is that the more you come here or the more you go to other places, the more you will like this Lex Broadies. This location is even better than the other ones. True story.

Would've gave a five star, but my valve stem cap was missing.

I make sure all of the paperwork is in order and my husband will go and handle the safety check. Well things fell behind and while he was in the area, he stopped in to Lex Brodies and spoke to Warren Molale. Warren said to bring by the vehicle by and he would take care of everything. Long story short, I was in there on Monday morning, Warren helped me and even if there were alot of people there, he kept me informed of the status of my car until it's completion.

I had a great experience dealing with Jayda at the Kalihi branch. She is very professional and informative. Looking forward to working with her again!
