Great service and very informative staff. Purchased 2 new tires and alignment package. More then I wanted to spend on alignment but package guarantees the alignment for 2 years and covers tire ware for 4 years. The best part is the work was done before the estimated time by 30 mins. Maile Otis was very nice, professional, and explained the products and services very well. Nice work. I'll purchase my next 2 tires from Lex Brodies.

I liked the online appointment system which confirmed my time/date within several hours. All services were performed as requested and I was able to use my Lex Brodie Entertainment.com coupon for Honolulu. My only critique is that a review of the Multi-system car check up wasn't provided. I assume no news is good news.

The best service for years, very prompt and a really nice bunch of employees!

I took my car there for scheduled maintenance because of the great reviews that they have on yelp. My appointment was for 8am, I arrived at 7:50, they told me it would take about 2 hours. It ended up taking 3 hours but they didn't try to sell me anything extra and were super nice and apologetic about the wait. I will be back!

Went to Lex Brodie to have my tire fixed after I found a nail in it. Mandy answered all my questions about repairing a tire but advised that all technicians were busy working on cars. I told her I'd be back after I dropped off my brother at the airport. She said they had another location at Kalihi Street and then called them to let them know I would be coming by. Wonderful customer experience!

Service was great. Maile went above and beyond what I would call normal service. She called me with updates on the vehicle and was proactive with my needs. She earned my business.

This shop is the only place that has the equipment to replace 5.30-12 tires from my small boat trailer rims. I tried at least 6 other shops and none of them could do it and I was almost gonna give up and have to buy new tires/rims at West Marine and return the brand new tires that were shipped to me. But LB did it for 11 bucks/tire and to top it off, they replaced the valve stems with new ones at no charge! The staff are very friendly and polite, no matter how small the job!

Needed new brakes, front rotors, and brake fluid flush. Took about an hour and a half for the free inspection. Not the cheapest quote, but significantly less than the dealer. Made an appointment to have the work done, as they do not keep parts on site. Took about 5 hours but everything seems to be well done and everyone was courteous and professional.
