I love the service from the Honolulu Lex Brodies. I've been taking my cars here for over 5 years, and they always do an excellent job.

It was my first visit to Lex Brodies. My car had just arrived fmor mainland and I needed safety check to get the car registered. AAA recommended this location and I made an appointment for Saturday. Guys were really professional and took car of everything smoothly. The wifi at the customer lounge was super nice and made my wait feel shorter. One thing though. Though I had an appointment,my safety check and wheel alignment took pretty much form 8am-12 noon. I felt like I wasted all Saturday morning here, for what should have been a quick trip. There is lot of scope for managers at this place to fix the slowness and help the guys be more efficient. Paperwork just sat there with no one really bothered to process it and help the customer out of the door.

I've been going to Lex Brodie's for seven years and they are very friendly and helpful. Brought my rims from them and get great prices on my tires w/ a bonus of discounts. When my truck broke down, many places told me that I need a whole new engine @ a very high cost. I took it to Lex Brodie's and the head mechanic totally helped me by suggesting to try and flush out my engine. To save my truck instead of trying to sell me on purchasing a whole new engine which would have cost $$$grands$$$. They worked hard to help me and fixed my truck @ a very cheap price. It runs great and I'am a very happy customer. They never ever tried to sell me something that I don't need or ever ripped me off.
