Very personal, competent and efficient service at check-in and check-out. Complications with my order were handled professionally and with the utmost courtesy. Spacious waiting room with free coffee, TV and wifi.

I came in for my "free" green oil change , the only downer was I did not make an appointment.{my bad} so I came in at 7am and my car was done at 2:30pm. Last time I came in for my wheel hub assembly they told me might take all day so I rented a car and my car was finished in couple hours,which is awesome!, so this time I was banking on the same outcome but gambling sucks sometime...but the the staff is great and the work done is completed and I promised them " pork hash" last time so we all good . Mahalo!...Ill be back

I had a great experience at Lex Brodie's. I was new to the island and was referred to Lex Brodie's by a stranger to get my vehicle inspection done. The staff was very friendly and helpful and completed my inspection while I waited. It took a while but it became clear that they were busy for a reason. Afterward, I had to go get a front license plate and come back the next day to complete the inspection--when I returned they installed it for me for free and finished the inspection. I am so glad that stranger referred me to Lex Brodie's and I will definitely be back next time I need car service!

Jim and Mandy have become really good friends over the past few years. They both worked their hardest but....I came in about 10:30, the place was packed, I had an oil change and got a new battery as mine barely got me down to your shop. I am very, very happy with the new battery and the car seems to drive better. Maybe my imagination but I didn't drive home until about 4:30 !!! That was a long day at Lex Brodies where the waiting room is always freezing . I mostly waited outside the room because it was much warmer. I don't know why, maybe they had a hard time finding the battery. I have a VW GTI V6 and I love my car. I'll be back always but hope I will never be stuck there for much of an entire day.........Jan Farrant

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and professional. I've dealt with various big name auto service companies in the Kaneohe area and I've run into problems with each of them. Lex Brodie's was very truthful, honest, and provided excellent service from my first visit to my continued visits. That's why I will continue to go to them for new tires and other services. I also feel better supporting a local business.

Fast and efficient service. We are moving to the mainland soon and didn't want to spend a lot of money replacing one bald tire. They didn't try to up-sale anything and fixed a flat for free.

New Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 225/40Z18 XL 92Y and 255/35Z18 XL 94Y Lex Brodies doesn't offer Road Hazard or 4 Year tire warranty on these or other Ultra--High Performance Tires (less than /45 aspect ratio)
