I have visited both Lex Brodies in Honolulu and Kalihi. By far the Lex Brodies in Kalihi is the best. The excellent customer service of Jayda Alontaga, the manager, is shown throughout the entire shop. Drew the lead mechanic is proficient and takes pride in his work. Their combine team work and leadership over the other mechanics gets the job done well.

I came to LB to purchase four new tires, oil/lube/filter, safety check & reset dash lights and clock for my 2008 BMW X3. All sales associates were polite & helpful. I purchased the higher priced Michelen tires because the mid range tires were not available until next day & I needed my car. I like the better tires, but were not my first choice. During check - in process the computer crashed and we had to shift computers & sales associate had to re-enter all my info. At pick up: The clock was not reset. The low coolant light came on as I left Lex Brodies, so I don't know if the work was done. My wait for car was over an hour. Several other customers were grumbling about long wait. We watched employees walk back and forth between comouters, but got no updates on our vehicles. Thanks for cleaning car, but wheels were dirty and paper floor mats left in my car were disgusting. i brought the car in for a routine oil change and a check on the car i didn't notice any trouble with the car--no fluid leak evidence in my carport i wound up paying a 1700$ bill they told me i had a leaky valve, a leak in my steering system , that i needed a brake job including the rotors and that i needed new tires on the front not being a mechanic i took their word for it i hope they were right

You can always count on great service. Even when everyone is busy, they will still acknowledge you and as soon as someone frees up, they come and help you. No hassles, no pressure, great service.

We had 2 flats in the same week, so I visited Lex Brodies twice! Both times the employees were friendly and the work was done quickly.

Freindly, professional, patient, highly competent and efficient service at check-in and check-out. Spacious waiting room with free coffee, TV, wifi and restrooms. I chose this place over Firestone, Midas and Goodyear. Costco I couldn't bear the wait, plus it's pretty impersonal.
