Excellent Service

First of a very big thank you to Mandee Akiona in sale. And the other sale girl there. They were very honest and full of aloha. I also like the part where one of the guys that works there, has suggested that I take my car to the car dealer where the car came from for better answers. Which I did and he was right. I still plan to go back to lex brodies in Waipahu for other servicing.

The Pearlridge shop is my go to place for tires and service. Always greeted and treated with respect. Been a custom of Lex Brodie's for almost 50 years!!! Freddie, Lei and Chelsea are professional in every way.

Normally I have my car serviced at Honda Windward Spa but decided to make and appointment for a wheel alignment at Lex Brodie's Kaneohe as I had always gotten excellent service there. But today I was disappointed. I had a 9 am appointment for a safety check and possible wheel alignment and I arrived early. I did not leave this location until 10:35 because the workers didn't even start on my car until 10 am. My complaint is understandable. Why take firm appointments and then not honor this by working on the vehicle immediately or at least a very short time after arrival? I don't know how long it was on the alignment rack but they determined I did NOT need an alignment, just the safety check which certainly should not take longer than 15 minutes to complete.

All I can say is that due to my own negligence I had foolishly lost my wheel lock key for my Honda Civic and when I needed new tires all other tire-shops I visited refused to assist me with the removal of these tire locks. Only Lex Brodie's said it was no problem, they helped me efficiently and effectively. A huge mahalo to Vechelle who was simply amazing with her customer service. I had always seen the commercials growing up but never bothered to see them before. My mistake. Excellent.

The staff is friendly and has great customer service. Thank you and keep up doing an excellent job!!

I brought my Toyota Highlander in for an inspection, I had recently purchased the vehicle from a friend and had no idea the tires on the truck were 10 years old! I couldn't fathom how that could be, regardless, Gerald and Ryan (I think his name was Ryan) were over-the-top in helping me. It wasn't that they just sold me tires, it was that they took the time to explain to me other "quirks" they had found with the truck and how now that they know the vehicle, these quirks wouldn't be issues in the future.

As always excellent service at a fair price. Got me in and out quickly. The service people are courteous and informative.
