Stopped at the Waipahu facility without an appointment. Spoke with Lilo who informed me of the wait period of 2 1/2 hour without an appointment. He asked me what is wrong in which he informed me of the tire noise being a wheel bearing problem. He was honest and displayed a professional customer service. He said I could spend the $90 or so for the alignment but he believed it to be a wheel bearing situation. I took my car to the dealership and it was a wheel bearing problem. Mahalo to Lilo for being honest and courtesy.

Things were good until I saw that my car was in the lot with no cones on the roof. I wondered if my car was finished? I had to ask two people that worked there to find out. I heard them talking and they lost the paper work? I waited longer than need be because of that.

Great service once again. All fluids filled correctly. Seems simple but there isn't one GM dealer can can fill the fluids correctly. Lex Brodie's is my only new home for service on my cars!
