Started a year ago, took my truck to the dealership due to issue. Was told issue was rear brakes. Dealers multi-point inspection said everything else was good. Big bucks paid. Problem persisted. Took it to Lex Brodies. Issue was front sway bar (broken) and front brakes. I divorced myself from the dealership (they failed to respond to my emails). Today - Green Fleet Super Check. Vehicle returned as they predicted (fast and efficient). I could feel the change when I drove away. Tighter on the wheel. Good firm ride. Service like theirs puts a smile on my face. Lex Brodie "can" be trusted. Mahalo.

We usually buy our tires from Costco but heard about your customer service and scheduled an appointment to replace two of our tires. We will now go to Lex Brodie's for all our auto needs!

I took my nitro so they could fix my AC. After almost 1,000 worth of work they ended up making the problem worse. They kept my car overnight and we had to call to see if they figured out why our AC wasn't working. They couldn't figure it out and said it was electrical. Just recently had a mechanic look at my car because it wouldn't start and he concluded it was bad wiring on lex Brodie's part!

Invoice #: 52868. Always know I'm making the right decision coming to Lex Brodies. Oil Change, New Tires w/ road hazard warranty, brake shoes, flush & rotors, Alignment all in the same visit. Eddie P., the Assistant Manager, really broke it down and explained what was going on w/ the alignment, and the differences between the various tires. The ride was immediately noticeable! I walked in to get a quote and make an appointment. The staff occomodated me immediately, provided me a ride back to my office and then picked me up. An entire set of tires, balance and aligned within two hours. Outstanding!

My daughter's Tahoe had a flat, and AAA advised if we took it to Lex Brody we would get a discount on tires. We chose the Waipahu location for convenience. They gave her a quote and recommended she get 4 new tires. It was due time for some new ones anyway. They even did an alignment, and kept it overnight which was okay with us. Next day, she got her car & drove it home with no problem. Following morning, she noticed a traction warning display and she noticed a grating sound. She took it back to Lex Brody to have it checked...they also noticed her truck was riding 'rough', and although the engine light display was also on, they told her to just drive it around for the day and if it continued to bring it back next w/ estimated repair at $140.00. We both didn't feel comfortable with their recommendation or SAFE knowing that there was still something wrong with the truck !! What if something happened to her today...and she got stuck on the freeway with her kids in the car, during rush hour ?! Oh I guess then they would....after another tow to their shop and the inconvenience of having to go without a car. As a parent/grandparent I worry about the safety of the vehicles we own especially when we carry our children/grandchildren in them. I suggested she take her Tahoe to another shop where she got her brakes done. I'm glad I'm here to help her with my car...I feel sorry for those who aren't as fortunate. We will never take her car to Lex Brody Waipahu for tires or service ever again. And we will be sharing this past experience with our family and friends. Shame on you Lex Brody for your lack of concern for your customer.

Stopped at the Waipahu facility without an appointment. Spoke with Lilo who informed me of the wait period of 2 1/2 hour without an appointment. He asked me what is wrong in which he informed me of the tire noise being a wheel bearing problem. He was honest and displayed a professional customer service. He said I could spend the $90 or so for the alignment but he believed it to be a wheel bearing situation. I took my car to the dealership and it was a wheel bearing problem. Mahalo to Lilo for being honest and courtesy.
