I been a customer since I was old enough to drive (1974). You folks probably have my whole family in your database. My Battery would no longer hold a charge. Tow truck jump started and I drove directly to the shop. Cooper Masani helped me right away, all I had to do was give him my key. I've never worried about leaving my car at your shop. My car was ready by noon, and I felt a lot better about that whole morning.

The original car dealer's service advisor insisted that I needed to have brake work done since the pads were "metal to metal." Since I never heard any noise nor did I see any fluids leaking, I declined the brake service. They even had it notated on the invoice/receipt about me declining the brake service. Lex Brodie Waipahu did a brake inspection and told me I still had 1/3 of the pad left - good for another year! This is the second time the same dealer did this to me regarding my brakes and the second time Lex Brodie Waipahu told me my brakes didn't require servicing yet. So who do I trust? Lex Brodie Waipahu, Thank you very much!

I always trust Lex Brodie's when it comes to my tires. Got a new set of tires recently and the ride is significantly better. They provide excellent service that can't be beat. I always take my car in for rotations and alignment. Not only do they do excellent tire work, but I've also taken my car to Lex Brodie's for oil changes, safety inspections, and more. They really are like a family doctor for your car, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Started early Sunday (Feb. 23rd) morning to go for a walk at the track. Got in the car and went about 50 feet. Heard a scraping sound. Realized it was a flat tire. Called AAA and got on the spare. Went to Lex Brodies not knowing what to expect because it was a Sunday. I am really appreciative that the manager was so friendly and helpful. I was able to get the flat fixed and was on my way to do other things that morning. I will buy my new tires from Lex Brodies and recommend to others to do the same.
