DO NOT use Lex Brodies. I went in a year ago to replace both front struts, checked with them the day before to make sure they had all the parts and took it in the following day. They only had the front right strut.... Nonetheless got the job done since I was already there. One year later come to find out from my other mechanic that they did a bum job on the strut they replaced. Luckily, was still under their warranty. The first time I took it in was a Saturday and they said they were "too busy to even look at the car". So I said okay and took it in the following Monday. I left the car there the ENTIRE day and I did not get one call. I was thinking that they would diagnose the problem in the morning and possibly repair in afternoon. I finally ended up just going down to the place at the end of the day and they said the JUST finished looking at the car. Literally took them 10 mins. This meant, I would need to take it in ANOTHER time. Just yesterday, I called in to let them know I would be dropping the car off this morning. I, like most people, needed to arrange for another ride from my friend to help me with the car. I spoke to Whitney on the phone and she guaranteed they would be able to finish the car today. I finally get to their shop this morning, thinking it would be the last time I have to deal with these people and the sales rep tells me that because they are "busy", they cannot guarantee that they finish the car today.... Of course, I told him I talked to Whitney and let her know what time I would be taking the car in today. His response was, "Oh she's just a cashier, I personally cannot guarantee this to you. I just wanted to tell you before you dropped your car off today...." First off, I could give two you know whats about who told me the car would be done today, fact is, someone from your poorly run company told me that the car would be done TODAY. I have already arranged for a ride and everything and you are telling me I might have to take it back to this place AGAIN?! He did even apologize for another inconvenience that they have caused for me. Unreal. I could not wait for my car to be done with this whole process to write this review because of how pissed off I am right now. I really hope I get the car back today or else it will be the 4th time I take my car to these guys for this repair. Not to mention a repair that they did a bum job on in the first place. Talk about poor customer service. "Thank you very much!" for nothing! I'll be surprised how long these guys stay in business with employees like this...
