I came in about a prior to my appointment to make my appointment, get a price quote. I was told by Eddie Pagelsdorf that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. So I scheduled doctors appointments during and after the tire change. When I came for my appointment 3/23 at 9 am I was told by Eddie it will take about 3 hours. I told him I had an appointment at 11:30 am. He said he will try to get the car done before that time and will call me if it will be later. Well, it was 11:08 am and still no call so at 11:15 am I call Eddie. He said my car won't be ready by 11:30 am so I had to cancel my doctor's appointment that I canceled once before. I was upset I was quoted a wrong time and he didn't call me to let me know my car wouldn't be ready in 11:15 am.

Excellent overall service.

It was outstanding again. Someone was there already at 6.30 to take my car. The bill was a touch heavier than epected, but it probably had to be done.
