I recommend Lex Brodie's! They provide exceptional customer service, my tire got screwed and they accommodated me with such short notice. This is the reason why I always use Lex Brodie's for my automobile and my work vehicle needs!

Went for a safety check and it took 90 minutes. After initial inspection, my car stood idle for 30 minutes in the parking lot. After asking what's next CSR said picture taking. I don't think a safety check should take that long. At a previous place that I 've been to it took less than 30 minutes

I'm glad they found problem with tire before rotating! Truly appreciate their concern for safety of vehicle and me as customer!

Went in to get tires replaced and alignment. I left my wheel lock key on center console as mentioned to the advisor, but when I got my car back it was missing as well as all 4 locking lug nuts... Amazing on how a set of wheel locks disappear! I asked my advisor where's my lug nuts and went to check, but quickly came back to say that they can't find it. Anyways, I get into my car and get on the highway to only find out my front wheels are slightly wobbling at certain speeds. To make things worst, it also pulls to the right so I'm thinking the balancing of my tires and alignment are out of whacked. So I decided to take it in to another location and see what was going on... After a few hours they've concluded that the tires weren't balanced accordingly and alignment wasn't to specifications. To be honest, this isnt the first time something like this has happened to me when I bring my car to the Pearlridge location. I sure won't be going to that location anymore!!

Leialoha was awesome! She gets 5 stars. She is so friendly and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because after I got home, I realized I didn't have the info on my new tires (like brochure...how many miles they are good for, etc.), and it seems other paper work was missing as my husband looked over the receipt. Free oil change card? He asked me if I received that and I said no. It was busy at the end of the day, 5:30, and someone else helped check me out. That was good to expedite but I'm not sure if I'm missing paperwork.

Came here in desperate need of a new alternator and initially I left when they quoted me almost $900! However, after calling around I realized this was a fair price for Hawaii due to the labor entailed with my type of car and placement of the engine. I made an appointment and found the staff, including the auto technician who worked on my car, to be very friendly and professional. They also offer you a free rental car from Enterprise, but it's more of a hassle honestly since they hold a deposit on your car, expect you to pay for gas, and you have to wait to be picked up and dropped off by Enterprise. However, it's a very nice option to have. I also like that they offer you points for Hawaiian Airlines. This seems like a very reputable and trustworthy shop based on my experience, and a neighbor of mine also swears by them.
