Love the people here. Miss Lei @ Pearlridge must visit her also. I've learned that when doing business, front line people can make or break a company. I have had excellent customer service since I started coming here. Maybe they deserve a celebration party for being such hard workers that care about your customers :)

OKAY seriously, what's the catch?? Does someone want to tell me whats goin' on here? This place has some serious kick-ass awesome customer service and they are on their sh!t here. I was literally being followed by a cop to make sure I get my safety check done (i'm not kidding he actually followed me to make sure that it was done! psycho!) WELL when I finally arrived and multiple people with friendly, attentive, personalities advising me what to do next, how to pay etc. It was AWESOME because I had actually no idea what was going on to tell you the truth! I went across the street and got french toast within an hour this thing is done! Safety check ! IN and OUT! Thank Lex Brodie's you guys are awesome!

Scott allowed me to purchase a tire service package for my new car that offers the same service for the OEM tires that they offer for tires they sell (except without the damage replacement warranty). This package is not offered anymore. Excellent customer service.

I want to say that Mia and Mandee gave excellent customer service to me and boyfriend on March 26, at the Queen street location. Mia greeted us with a big smile and a very friendly and positive attitude which was greatly appreciated as a lot of businesses now days do not have this attitude and they make you feel as if you are a burden and not a important customer to them. Mandee was so good in explaining things in great detail to me and never gave me a hard time or bad attitude for not booking any work that day to be done. For sure with this kind of customer service I will surely be back when I am ready to have work done. It is so nice to have these kind of people with "ALOHA" working for your company!
