Lex Brodies and their team is AMAZING!! I knew I needed to have my car serviced, new tires, and my car had a shimmy when I drove it. I know very little about cars, but the Lex Brodie's Team and manager walked me through my tire options, evaluated my car, and found I needed new inner tie rods to repair the shimmy and allow for a proper alignment. They explained everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable with the tire choice and repairs. Most important is that their primary concern was the safety of my family, delivering great customer service, and that all was done for the best price possible! I cannot thank them enough, and I recommend them to everyone!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my car in for a diagnostic, because it was overheating. The sales person Louis told me my head gasket was blown, and he knew a shop that could do the repair. The shop he recommended was Skully's which happens to be his shop or side business. I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out the head gasket is FINE, a block test was performed to confirm status of head gasket. It was a relief to know it was another component of the cooling system. This goes beyond bad business. And on top of that when I checked my VIN on Carfax, Lex Brodies now shows "head gasket repair," which 1)gasket is fine and 2)gasket was not replaced. Wow, this is a whole new low!! This kind of business is unacceptable.

One of the few car repair shops open on a Sunday. My car hit some large potholes on a Saturday evening and a metal plate/cover came loose. The next morning, I tried to get it fixed at Goodyear Kapolei but they said they don't have certified technicians working on Sundays so they couldn't help me. Next I went to Firestone Waipahu. They wouldn't even look at my car since no one was available for the next 3 hours to tell me if it was something they could fix. Finally, I ended up at Lex Brodie's which opened last of all the nearby shops. My car was fixed in less than 10 minutes! Hiroshi was courteous and efficient! I have never had better service at any car repair shop!! I'm so grateful that for the help!!
