Scheduled an appointment online for a wheel alignment. We were told that although the appointment was for 9am, we could bring the car in at 7. I guess this could be helpful for anyone who has to go to work and what not. We brought the car in a few minutes before 9. It wasn't busy at all, maybe because it's the Easter weekend and everyone was out and about. The guy told us it would take about an hour and half so we walked to the nearest gas station for some drinks and to get some exercise. 20 minutes later and our car was done. Went back, paid, everything was good with the car and done! Paid $94 for a wheel alignment with 1 year warranty. Easy and fast. That's what I like! :)

Two and a half hours to pull a screw out and put a plug in my tire which would only take less than five minutes to do, while my kids are in the car and it's hot as heck out?! Rolling up my sleeves going to an auto part store and doing it myself!

I came into the store in need of two tires in a rush. I had to meet my wife at Kapiolani Hospital in 1 hour. The staff was able to fill the order within the allowed time, no questions asked. And did it the whole time with a smile on their face.

Lex Brody's has great service and reasonable prices. The staff was very professional (thanks Eddie!) and knowledgeable in helping with my auto repairs. The job they did was thorough in a timely manner. For those complaining about repair wait times, I suggest you work in a service trade of complex repairs where anything/everything can go wrong. I will suggest Lex Brody's to everyone.

Very good fast and friendly service. Chris was able to do a cooling system pressure test, hose change, tuneup and oil change in less than 6 hours on a Saturday morning.
