This guys are the best! I've been taking my cars here for the past 2 years and it started because I needed help. A few years ago, I had to get a safety check done that day and showed up at 4:30 PM because I remembered Lex Brodie had a service center in Kaneohe. I had no appointment and another shop had just turned me down. One of the mechanics walked up as I parked and asked if I needed help. I told him that I needed a safety check done that day and asked if he could help. Without any hesitation, he said they could and walked me over to the service manager, filled out my paperwork then started to work on my car. About 30 minutes later, I was told the car was done and went to pay the cashier. It wasn't till then I found out the safety checks were done only till 4 PM because the mechanics leave. The mechanic who helped me, decided on his own to work longer just to help me out. Needless to say this blew me away and since then I've always brought in my cars for annual safety checks and oil change. I'm only sorry that I didn't get the mechanic's name to thank him for helping me out when I needed it the most. It's not often I deal with a firm where good customer service is more than a phrase. I highly recommend these folks!

Once again, the Lex Brodie staff showed great customer service. Mike Rizzo was very nice and helpful. And I think his name was Joel, he called to let me know about my truck and was very informative. He explained everything. Everyone treated me with respect. I would not go anywhere else to take my truck. Why should I when I've found the best. Thank you Lex Brodie's staff. Keep up the great work and service.

(I posted this on Yelp, too.) The best customer experience I've received at any auto repair shop -- or really anywhere, period! Maile, who was my point person there, was pleasant and professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The brakes on my car had been squeaky for a while and the noise was getting worse, so I finally brought them in to get them checked out. It was also time to replace my tires. As they were addressing those two issues, it turned out there were a couple of other issues with my car: a questionable control arm, and a stuck pin in one of my calipers, which was a safety concern. Lex Brodie's has a policy about not allowing a customer to drive an unsafe vehicle home (makes sense to me!), and they couldn't get the part (it was late on a Saturday), so they kept the vehicle in-house until Monday. As promised, I was able to pick up my car on Monday, and I drove my car away without a hitch! Thanks, Lex Brodie's Kalihi...spectacular job and you'll be seeing me again! :)

Very friendly, cheerful employees. I was in a hurry to get home and only had an hour or two to spare. The job took an hour and half, as I was told it would take to replace 4 tires. I was a little disappointed that I had to select the most costly tires because there were none at a lesser quality and cost that I could have purchased. Since I had to replace a spare tire and was told that all of my tires were worn although I leased the car only a year ago. The employee told me that the tires were older than the car. I will have to ask about this when I renew my lease on another auto. The person who checked me out told me that I qualified for the new Spring discount offer, which I appreciated. I was satisfied with the service and friendliness of your employees. Thank you. was

quick, easy. Went there for my safety check, they replaced my rear tail lights for only $5. Would definitely come back 9/10

Delivered as promised to repair a screw in my tire. Told me cost, how long, etc before they did anything. They finished on time and repair seems to be great! I would definitely go back if I needed their type of service again.
