Great service; friendly staff who explain in easily understandable language what they're going to do and what they did to address your problem. Also, unlike other car repair places, I believe they care for their customer's satisfaction because they have a cool and comfortable customer lounge.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a brake squeal problem, tire rotation, and a safety inspection (without an appointment); thinking I needed to have a brake job on the front disc brakes. Barney was very friendly and helpful. He said they're a bit busy but could do a quick free brake inspection to determine if it is indeed in need of new brake pads. As it turned out, my brake pads are fine. That gave me peace of mind. Although work was not done on the brakes, squeal not as bad now so probably just dirty. The gal that cashed me out however was not too friendly. She can learn a few customer service skills from Barney. Actually.........I think Barney is just that way.

Kaneohe Lex Brodie has the best customer service. Delsi has the best possible customer service. She always helps us from checking air in tires, to making appointments and helping us find the best tires for our vehicles.

I took my vehicle in, patched a nail hole and sealed a slow leak in less than an hour and because of that savings in time, I had them change the oil and filter as well. They always do excellent work!

We have been taking all our family cars to Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe for years and have consistently gotten excellent workmanship and fair prices on all of the work. The crew always checks everything out, calls to say what it will cost and then calls when it is ready. The service is outstanding. I have even been told when I don't need to do something if it isn't necessary. These folks are honest and I won't take my cars anywhere else.
