Invoice #1076786 Dated 5/15/2014 ***************************** I show-up this morning for safety check and he appears to be the floor supervisor, checked me in although I was way too early. I choose to wait for my vehicle in their customers' waiting room. The room is clean, cool and equipped with coffee and a television. However, I have a couple of suggestions to make the wait even more comfortable. (1) Install a bugs zapping electrical UV light to exterminate mosquitoes. I noticed the service area and waiting room had this problem many years ago and still is. I actually carry my anti-mosquito repellent with me this time around while in the waiting room and yes, there are mosquitoes in the customers' waiting room. (2) Consider an express line requiring minimum service, for example safety check, to minimize waiting time. I bailed the day before when a service rep told me the wait for a safety check could take up to 2 hours.
