Set an appointment for a safety check a week out because the guy that answered the phone told me I could have to wait a "while" if I didn't. Took my vehicle in on a Tuesday 5 minutes before my appointment. Been here 21 minutes and my cars still not even on the rack. I was told it could be an hour and a half wait for a safety check. Why make an appointment if a 10 minute safety check means I will have to wait 90 minutes. That's worse than going to the doctor. Worst customer service. The guy at the desk is rude. Still here after over an hour. They go from one job to another instead of completing one job. Horrible!

Thanks to prompt attention to an emergency situation, my car was serviced in a timely manner on a Sunday afternoon. The service personnel were great in providing me with several options on purchasing tires and their accompanying warranties. I like the curtesy extended and will again use the services here. Service was prompt and on time. What was truly disappointing is that upon arrival to claim our van, the vehicle was unattended and the driver's side window was wide open. Although we had removed most of the valuables from the car prior to dropping off, we could have lost the entire contents of the vehicle

Top notch service. I had a diagnostic done on my car for what I thought was an issue with the cooling system. Turns out there was no major problem with the vehicle, but came away with a better understanding of how to care for my car. All of the service people were helpful and informative.
