invoice#1081536 - Needed new tires, I spoke w/Kekoa and when I took my car in he inspected my tires and found out I needed 4 new tires, he took the time to explain the differences and the special that was going on. He told me about 1 1/2 hours for new tires and safety inspection. In at 2pm out by 324pm. The service was great.

all the personnel i encountered were friendly, courteous, and addressed my needs quickly. although the tire wasnt able to be repaired, i later discovered lex brodie's price match guarantee, and then decided to purchase a new set of four tires from them. not only did they honor the price match, the turnaround was quick (+/- 2 hours) after scheduling an appointment the next day. mahalos to the techs that even washed my dirty wheels! just a little disappointed, however, to find greasy fingerprints and smudge marks on the inside of my windshield and light grey upholstery. as an aside, i'd also like to commend lex brodie's for still providing free access to their hi-tech, programmable air pump although their fuel service has been discontinued.

Today's service was excellent! Although the waiting period was 2 hours to change oil, I was prepared and had things to do via wifi.
