FAST SERVICE for safety Check (1 hour as told). Really friendly and took my car in as soon as I went in.

They were extremely friendly and even provided a rental car for me so that I didn't have to miss work to get my car serviced. The service ended up being done hours earlier than predicted, and they were nice enough to allow me to leave my car there until I could pick it up. The benefits of going to Lex Brodie's just don't stop and I'm planning on making this place my one stop shop from now on!

Oil change, battery purchase installation, wiper blade replacement, rear brake light replacement

Took my Subaru in for a safety check, made an appointment over the phone for 10am. Brought the car in around 9:50am and was told it would be done in an hour and it was; picked up the car at 11am. Safety check was a total of $20. They kept the floor mats clean by using the paper ones and even cleaned the grease and oil marks that you would get from tire or oil checks. Was helped by the staff as soon as i got there and took care of my car fast.

I gave them 2 stars simply cause the customer service acted nice. I took my vehicle in for a small oil leak and after having them look at it, ended coming to about $1k. Which seemed crazy to me but I know very little about car repairs and need the work done, so I took the hit. Upon picking it my bill it had suddenly gone up $400. My wife luckily caught it and argued, finally they suddenly noticed that oh looks like the parts were double charged. Oh and they noticed another leak in a radiator hose, which was probably true, but wanted to charge me $300 for replacing it and then another $400+ for the radiator that often breaks when replacing the hose. I declined the additional services but the entire time felt like I was being cheated. After paying my wife got out to the car and noticed the check engine light was on. She went back in and questioned it and they looked at it at told us it was a code for a completely seperate area they didnt work on and the tech said it was on before we even came in. I drove the vehicle just before we took it in because my wife was nervous to drive it and I only drive a short distance to work. Then I was the one who drove it to the shop and never noticed a light. But they continued to argue with us that it had been on which is complete BS, then nicely told us we could bring it back if we had additional problems and to get that check out...... of course. Lucky they get 2 stars, but they did do the work and we will see how well after driving on it for a while. Just another mechanic taking advantage of others who don't know any better. Even though the seemed friendly and helpful, the issues proved their worth and you should never go to a place you feel like you are being cheated.

I have had low tire pressure with my VW Jetta. Every month I add more air, but the warning light didn't go off this last time. Cautious that one of the Tire Co. facilities would just try to sell me a tire, I brought the car here on a Sat. morning. They looked at the tires and said they were all low on air. Filled them up and told me to come back in 2 weeks if the light went back on. So nice to not get a run around. Especially for no charge. I'll be back! - And I was, two weeks later when the tire warning light lit up. I was able to bring the car in that day and they immediately found a screw in one of the tires, fixed it in 20 minutes and when I mentioned out of the blue that I had a new iPhone that didn't connect to the auxiliary connector in the car, Koa, one of the workers took the time to show me a connector he has that would allow a connection to my iPhone music. Everyone there is just great, they do a swell job, and cost is absolutely fair.

Service and products were very good. Only reason for not rating at 5 stars is service took longer than sales representative stated and he would not price match the sale price of Costco. He stated that they could only price match the regular Costco price. I could have saved $133 on the purchase of 4 tires.
