Great service! Was in a bind with a nail in my tire and tight on time. They squeezed me in, plugged the tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly to top it off. Highly recommend to others!

Worst customer service ever. Went in to do my safety check at 2:30p I told them I needed to be out before 4pm so I can go pay for my registration and they said okay. The manager took too long doing "paperwork" and at 4:15pm he gave me my papers. Let you know that I live in kahuku and I drove to kaneohe to get it done. So I had to drive all the way back to kaneohe just to get my stickers. Never going back to kaneohe again.

Came in today with a pair of badly deflated and damaged rear tires. Drove out with a new pair and what a difference! Ride is much smoother - and safer. Friendly and fast service. All explained and assistance offered to keep this pair - and the whole set - properly inflated and rolling for maximum life. They even make the wait comfortable in the customer lounge. Brought in my car because I had a flat tire today, and decided to get two tires changed since I was told its better to get two done at a time. I spoke to a very friendly gentlemen named jim who estimated to me about 2 hours, for the tire change and alignment. Three hours later, with no call from anyone regarding a change time frame, and after I see my car parked in front of the garage area signed alignment it is still not completed. There is no one in the garage working on another car. I understand sometimes things take longer then expected but no other cars are having there alignment checked and my car with the new tires just sits there for an hour, no exaggeration, with no one in the alignment marked garage.. I would have appreciated an update where I could decided if I wanted to stay and wait for someone available or, come back another day. Service here other then today has always been great and a great value. Jim was also very nice and made sure I understood what I was purchasing. I just can't handle my time being wasted. I will next time purchase one service at a time. Service was other then wait time and follow up, a great value.

I used price match with no problems. Was told car to take about 1 1/2 hour...ended up being less than a hour. Great...time is money for both sides!

Quickly diagnosed the problem (tire seperation causeing a bumpy ride) and was able to get my tires fixed right away. Also, offered free services (tire rotation and air fill up in the future to keep my tires in tip top shape. And informed me of their warantee.

I brought car in with a leaking front right tire. They took the car immediately, found the nail in the tire, did the repair and charged me nothing for it. That's what i like!
